I just wish we could have these types of games on the Consoles. I know PC is the best for gaming, I’m just too broke to afford a legit gaming PC right now, haha. But man, a game like this I’d play for hours on end. There was a Civil War game (forget the title) for PS2, and although it wasn’t as epic as War of Rights, it was still a pretty historically accurate Civil War game that was intense.
Steam charts show there's barely 200 average people at peak hours. This video might as well be the entire population of the game. Shows people aren't interested in the game. >when the game does worse then quake champions
419chris419 the game is in alpha. This is very basic combat. It’s no where ready for release right now. Missing Artillery and Cav. It’s been in development for years. Holdfast: Nation’s at war had some steam. But it’s pretty rough still yet too. Let these games get polished and the features fleshed out. And the numbers will soar.
@@Rebel940 I was balanced in the union team, so at 6min06 I'm the guy reloading right from the bush, i remember the guy who were saying "we're invincible" i think he died just in front of me...then i went back in the CSA (because when I'm in a good team i hate to let them down, i was sorry for the union guys but i would have done the same for them to). At the end i picked the flag up at the fence in front of the union spawn to retreat, when the yanks charged i was the CSA flag behind the stone wall. But i was also in the main charges defending the stone wall (at the little white house also) but i need to watch the video again to be sure where i am.
I wonder if there's gonna be an ambush event lol. A small regiment is sent to scout a position and gets ambushed by enemy fire alot around, I'd love to see what they'd do.
The name war of rights fits so well union fighting for the rights for slaves and the south fighting for their rights to not being treated unfairly it’s beautiful
Been watching you for a wile as always great stuff, missed this event but I finally got a gaming rig a few weeks ago and started playing, so I'll see you on the field
Dude, no hate at all, I love your videos. But when you record these huge events, I think it would benefit everyone more if you followed the larger groups of players instead of concentrating on the memes, funny moments and groups of 5 guys trying to rambo a cap point. I want to see the spectacle of it, its why I watch your videos.
ZOO man line battle. On another note, great variety of uniforms, clothing accessories, hair textures, etc, yet not a single soldier of African descent.
Good video ! Although I never really liked this map, the fight was still good. It seems the Union is always getting mismanaged, especially on this map.
How does this game work? Do you respawn in some area on the map if you get killed, and then you battle until the timer runs out? What determines a win/loss? Thanks!
Hey, Tyler thanks for watching! The game is based around tickets. Each ticket represents one death. Attackers must assault the point in 45 min and try to win the capture point. If tickets run out for them, the timer is depleted meaning they have less time to win. Another way you can win is depleting the defenders tickets. Once everyone on that team is dead, the attackers win the game. As for spawning, you can spawn on the mobile flag bear for quicker access to the front lines or you can spawn at the main deployment. Hope this helps :)
I’ve been looking to buy this game on my pc and I need to know what would be good. What’s your build? And what do you recommend. *I have a Nvidia 1060 3gb and a core i7 8700*
Miles Bennet Dyson Ok, thanks. So I’ll probably get around the same frame rates as you which is what I expected with this game. Doesn’t turn my thoughts around about this game.
Picket fences don't constitute "cover". They are merely momentary lines of advance. The stone wall would be actual cover, though Double Flanks March (unheard of at that time -- or since) in formation at double-interval would avoid much of the enemy's shots while allowing for reloading and constant shooting on the march for platoon volleys by squads or sections. "Fire at will" is not "volley fire". Why are the color sergeants winding up alone? They (and everyone else) should only be in their formations. ...Horrible, undisciplined failure to keep ranks. Ranks are to be kept to avoid panicking and being disintegrated like disordered civilians. Without disciplined keeping of ranks, the enemy will disintegrate you and then pick up the pieces for himself, putting them together as he sees fit in his prison of war camps and under his occupation.
It'd be even better if the rebs fought back more convincingly instead of just standing there and letting themselves get bayoneted. The developers need to work on this aspect. But what an incredibly realistic game otherwise. They've put a lot of effort into this.
It'd be awesome if this game had Naval Warfare like with ironclads n shit. Also would be cool if there was other wars you could play in like the Revolutionary War and some of the wars against the Native Americans.
@@GeneralCodyHD Alright I gave it a shot. How do you move around so freely in third person? For me it seems to just jump from officer to officer, or a random unit and follows them.
