I returneth with a video showcasing the powerful beast, the Lancelot, in the custom battles of 6pack. Before I continue, I must thank Sir Gus (@gus169YT) for his contribution to the amazing opening shots of the "Ancilot" (Lancelot with an ancile) and overall guidance/input.
So, what is 6pack?
6Pack is the modern equivalent to the golden days in War Robots, also known as Walking War Robots. It takes place in fight nights, where players meet 4 times a week at predetermined times to go to battle. How? There's no need to install a 3rd party War Robots app, because 6pack fights within custom battles!
6pack focuses on pre-dash-bot era equipment. The max allowed level for everything is mk1 level 6. No active/passive modules, titans, motherships, pilots, etc... are permitted. All of this forms the War Robots that pilots know and love, where skill matters and each piece of equipment is unique.
The 6pack league split into two sections when platforms were still relevant: Fight club (Ios) and 6pack (android). However, the platform merge now allows ALL PLAYERS, regardless of platform, to participate in both servers. The reason the servers haven't combined back into one is because each still has slightly different rules with the same foundation (see previous paragraph).
The primary differences between the two servers are:
6pack allows jump module, avengers, and level 8 orkans (as opposed to level 6 - they wanted orkan to relive it's pre-nerf glory).
Fightclub requires quantum radar to be equipped without using it. No avengers, and max level 6 orkans.
Q: What differentiates this from the Sage Retro events?
A: Fun fact, Sage was formed by 6pack players who desired some changes. Sage runs a larger variety of higher level equipment, along with modules.
