I have a theory that pixonic cycles your hanger durability. Guys getting killed easily motivates them to buy stuff.

Yeah I mean some robots love to repair amps but if you run two of the immune you get the extra speed so sometimes you got to think whatever they have a little more durability or a little more speed but I guess the rust effect also plays into that so I don't know there's always different situations where one thing would be better than the next I guess

I didn't have an Ochi when it first came out 3 months ago, I wanted to bump the enemies across maps. I finally have one with ice rockets at the moment but I'd like to try the tesla weapons. Its a fun bot just wish I had it months ago

It's amazing how fast things change in this game, The way it was shooting people out of the map when this thing first came out was crazy, but you can still blow people off the map with this sometimes, whichever direction your facing is the way they won't go so if you're on the ship face the water when you run it somebody and if it does blast them off it will shoot them in that direction,

Just got an ocho and then got another shatter so now I can run the shatter and splinter. Are those weapons any good after the nerf or should I stick with Sonics.

I think they're quite good, they do a little damage from like 500 m pretty decent damage from say 350 and pretty nice when you're really close, they have a nice reload time and overall they are nice weapons, now of course the sonics are going to hit harder initially but then you have the really really long reload time. I think either one would do really good on that robot, I'm not really sure which one you're going to like better but I think either one is a nice choice

Those weapons do work good on pretty much anything, you just can't go wrong with those on most robots

Hi Danny, great video thank you for sharing. Just a question I have to ask please. For the special edition robots that have 10% more durability, is it worth going for them instead of the regular versions? I have a couple regular versions and not sure if it’s worth trying to get the special versions. Just to ask thank you.

Here's the deal, if you have a robot and the paint job you're only going to get a 5% increase when you get a special edition robot, that is barely noticeable. If you don't have the paint job and you get these special edition robot the 10% difference is noticeable but it's not huge so it really depends on if you want to spend the resources or not. But if you have the robot and the paint job you probably won't notice much of a difference at all if you don't have the paint job you might notice a small difference so I guess it's really going to be personal preference

Ive noticed the best pilot for ocho when its lower level is the tiger pilot because the defense it gives literally will be the only reason your ocho can take a fight. When your ocho gets leveled with leveled items and moduals i think the other pilot would actually be better because after its ability your probably gonna restore a ridiculous amount of hp because you have, so much hp. So being able to restore all of your 400k ish hp you have every ability would be really good.

Despite the nerfs I still use my Ocho with the tesla weps. You have to be more careful with it and be more selective when to use it's ability. Nice vid Danny!

Yeah you definitely have to play it a little bit differently these days, it's still is super fun but not what it used to be, I'm glad it's not as crazy because that thing was a nightmare to deal with for quite a while so I'm glad they toned it down a little bit

Anything that you find yourself fighting it really close range that has a decent amount of speed that it can get close to people quickly would be a good way to do it. I went really put them on a slow robot like fenrare because it might take you a while to get next to somebody but anything you can get close to somebody with easily is a good choice for those things

That's actually a pretty good idea but I don't have a Fenrir I am going to make one and use electric weapons on it and then I can use them on the revenant as well

@@LEGENDOFMAPPINGS4 fenrir is a little slow for weapons that have 200m or closer range but i can work.. but definatly build a fenrir and get a Bernadette Wolf pilot for it. its quite good at the moment

I also have this problem that sometimes I ram into another robot with Ocho and they are not being knocked back at all. Did you manage to figure out why this happens?

It's kind of a weird deal but if a robot jumps and you hit him with a blast they'll go flying or if they're on a ramp or something sometimes they'll go flying, sometimes people don't get knocked back at all, When this robot first came out it was shooting people out of the map like people were seriously flying so far they would go out of the map and just go off into the oblivion and die so they made a few changes to it and I noticed there's still some players who knock you back all the time but mine doesn't knock people back that much, occasionally I throw somebody off of a map or sometimes it'll push somebody away but a lot of the times it doesn't, I just say well it's going to do what it's going to do and that's that lol it's not as pushy backy as it used to be lol

If you like those weapons and they're doing well for you they will definitely work, pretty much any weapon that does nice damage at close range is good for this robot, after that you just want to try and put on as much durability from pilot skills and modules as possible and of course add your road hog pilot skills,

Hey, Danny! I do have one Ochokochi with Vepkho Lovodze assigned there. By the way, I don't have Seven, but since Ochokochi got nerfed so bad, I decided to equip my Ochokochi with sonic shotguns which did good damage and it even receives all grey damage to opponents.

Sonic weapons are great as long as you're not lagging, if you get a little lag I noticed most of the shots end up missing so they're a little bit hard to play but if you get good with them they will kick some major butt

Also.. I rebuilt my ocho with the chione ice rockets and damn. Try that danny. I had mk2 shatter and splinter and the ice rockets replaced them easily at mk1lvl 10.

Im running havocs on mine. They seem to be the best option because they completely prevent healing and you dont need to replace a weapon with s rust weapon.

I like Harpy and I like the ochie cochy but they're both very different playing styles The harpies is more of a longer range damage dealing robot to where the ochichi is one of those run around and fight people at close range robots, I'm not really sure what type of playing style you have but I think they're both very good now siren has a little more firepower than the harpy but less durability, they're really the same thing except for the siren has more firepower but it dies a lot easier so I prefer the harpy over the siren myself but I guess it depends on what game mode you're playing but the LG coachee is currently a little better than all of them at the moment but if you get the right weapons on the harpy it can do very very well so I'd say depends on what game mode you play I mean if you like team deathmatch you might want to pick up a herpes if you like bacon games I would probably go with the ocho, hope that helps

I don't particularly care for those weapons but they're pretty decent overall, I think the reload times a little bit long but I think you could make them work on this robot if you time the abilities along with your weapon reload I mean the small version of those weapons reload pretty quick but the mediums have a little bit of a longer reload so I don't like them just for that reason and I've always found rocket weapons are a little harder to use it's kind of like the the ammo travels a little slow so fast moving targets often get out of the way but that's just me, it's just my personal preference it's not really that they're bad weapons but they don't really work well for me, but you don't see a lot of people playing those in champion League right now so that's going to tell you something, but you know if you got them on there and they're working well for you keep doing it, maybe replace them with something better eventually but sometimes you just got to use what you got and if it works for you that's a good thing

I don't know sometimes I send somebody flying sometimes I don't, I haven't quite figure it out why that happens sometimes and other times it doesn't but it's a fun robot to play still, when you do get to shoot somebody off of a map out into the water or something that's pretty fun, like Castle and the carrier map are pretty good for trying to knock people off

Occasionally the squishiness happens, it's really weird but what can you do, I'm always happy when things go back to normal and they stop being squishy, I wish I could figure out what causes that

It's not the strongest robot but if you can get the repair amplifiers charged up before you take too much damage it becomes pretty strong and of course you want to use the healing at the right time so running to maxed out repair amplifiers and getting them charge quickly is kind of a key, if you can't get those charged up it's a little squishy if you do get them charged up it can be pretty durable and there's always the thing that if somebody hit you with the rust weapons most things are not super durable at that point

7:09 you were maxed rusted so if you did hit your healing it would do nothing and waste 40 power cells.

You know I actually hope they do something about that because I think those rust weapons are a little bit too much, they last for two long but yeah sometimes it's hard to tell whether you're rusted or not when you're in middle of the game you have to look before you hit the healing sometimes lol and then if you don't have time to look or has it take too long I don't like that effect but it's good for getting rid of raptors big time

I feel like motherships aren't as important as modules, I would say modules and pilot skills are super important after that I would say drones and then bother ships, that's how I would bring them in the importance of what to worry about, mothership parts are probably harder to get than all of it anyways so I would definitely worry about pilot skills and modules but the nice thing about modules that you can take them off of one robot and put them on another but there could be a module rework coming soon and if that happens we have no idea what they're planning on doing to them

I would probably say build yourself some of those shotguns like the cudgels and mace,, if you don't have those put some punisher and punish your t's on it because they're dirt cheap to upgrade and they do a lot of damage up close, just replace them once you get something better, but they're great starter weapons that cost a fraction of the price to upgrade compared to everything else, the only thing I don't like about them is a 10 second reload, if they had a faster reload I would still use them all the time on a lot of my robots but 10 seconds is a little long but hey for something that cheap to upgrade and does a nice amount of damage they're great to get you going but I really like those blast shotguns you can build in the workshop so if you got those throw those in there if not I would just stick with the basics until you get something better

If you're asking how to get it, I'm not really sure at the moment, lately I think when a new robot comes out they offer the paint job and then after that I'm not really sure how you get it at that point, actually I'm going to have to mention that hey it seems like it's pretty hard to get some of these paint jobs, maybe they'll make them more available I don't know

If you want to play at close range Mace if you want to play from a distance hazard one's really designed for close range fighting and one is really designed for a longer range fighting but the hazard can work at close or long range but Mace will probably do more damage if you're really close but from a distance the hazards will do way more damage

Great, now you tell me 🙄🤣🙀! Somehow through $20 in red & blue & free Datapads, I've now got 3 Ocho's leveling up slowly to MK2 + have 3 light & 1 heavy electrical weapons waiting. Best surprise was a full Ocho in a free daily blue datapad. Finally put together a full Dagon + got a full Porthos thru pads. Waiting to buy Purple pads (Raptor/Pathfinder until 2nd buy. Need more Silver now to upgrade. On a different note. I thought my Rook+Lanterns was weak sauce, until I maxed out all weapons, added & maxed out a Repair Amp & Cannibal Reactor, Immune Amp is next. Q. How big a diff does the Riggs? Rook specific pilot make? Rook @ L100+ is competitive again except vs. the crazy Titan bubble weapons. Plan to build up my Baihu Luchador next . Put different beta on it. I don't see any point in buying keys @ this level? Agree or disagree? There's no Titans in Keys anymore, just weapons. It's a vicious buying cycle. 🤔 Among radiation weapons you never mention Ardent Spear? Radiation no? & Does more damage than Blight on paper. I changed up my hanger to have 1 midrange brawler. Angler w/Spears & Decay on it works well in M2 top half, then I get put in 3-5 matches vs multiple CL players & Curies & Dagons & get crushed . I'm not rushing to get to Champions. Bronze-Gold went by super fast w/o buying, even Diamond. Just knowing the maps & having played on/off since month 3. Gold is good to buy Fortifiers with 👍, even @ L2-4. Anything with an Aegis shield needs them. & Hiroko drone works on anything. Great content as always but I was hoping a hanger with 2-3 Ocho's + a Dagon would be successful in Champions 😢. If I don't get a Raptor in the first $50 of DGems I'm not going to chase it. I'm definitely getting sick of Stealth! & There's too many hackers using almost or constant Stealth. Shotguns are the only answer to Stealth, besides Quantum radar. How about a Pilot breakdown? Some new ones + I couldn't find a decent Loki pilot. Shotguns also the answer for Loki's. Have a good weekend. U need a WR tattoo 🤣. Please tell me they sent you that Plushie!

I'm not sure of Spears are considered radiation weapons or not, I don't consider them to be part of that family of weapons as they have very different mechanics but I've never really liked those when they first came out they were crazy overpowered and then they fixed them because they were bugged or whatever and I don't know I just haven't been a fan of those things Whether or not you want to buy keys as personal preference, I guess it just depends on if there's anything in the chest that you would like to get or something in the super chest but I would only buy them if there's something in there that you want

It should be, there might be specific offers that don't work I don't know, I just received a payout today for like a dollar and 12 cents so somebody bought something and it went through, so far every other day or so I seem to get a couple dollars ruling it, I don't know why they don't just wait until you get like 20 bucks or 50 bucks or a hundred bucks a dollar something lol, apparently there's no way to change it but I'm going to let them know that my code is not working for everybody, but I'm guessing there's certain offers that works on and there might be some it doesn't
