What I think is so awesome is that the producers of this movie had the strength and fortitude to put a BOLD prayer like that on a movie screen seen around the country. The wife Commanding satan in the NAME of JESUS to get out of the lives of her family for the nation to see and hear on the Big Screen. Now that is BOLDNESS to IMPACT a multitude of people who witnessed this movie. There is INCREDIBLE power in Jesus name because HIS NAME REPRESENTS HIM.

So what, being a doormat to this guy’s verbal abuse and child neglect is? Even if you’re hardcore Christian you should still seek other forms of aid like therapy or couple’s counseling and not pray for the problem to be fixed and doing nothing else. God would want you to be active in your life and not be completely dependent on him to fix all your problems. Faith can be a powerful and beautiful thing but you’re not going to instigate change by praying in a closet for all your problems to be fixed.

I like this movie. It shows how effective prayer 🙏 can be. The Lord said in his word when you pray go in your inner closet and close the door. Now most people probably don’t have the house space to clean a closet out like Elizabeth did. But the point the Lord was making I think was if well trust him and believe things will go better if we pray. It helps me and I’ll be the first to admit I need to do it more.

The Holy Spirit just told me that the decision for my son to go or stay is not mine to make. That's the lesson for me to take away from all this. I gave up and asked God to take it all this morning. So its God's situation to handle now, not mine. My job now is to stand aside and let God do HIS perfect work in my son while I give praise to HIM and worship HIS Majesty.😊
