Tsg Bobbie Nadate was one of the lead scouts when I (then Lt. Dennis Eclarin) was the company commander of the 4th Scout Ranger Company. He was always skillful and alert. This war story is one of his firefights when his troops got ambushed. Though his rifle malfunctioned during the firefight, he managed to hold on.
