In typical WT fashion, SSethtzeentach's War Thunder Review ended with an epic montage, paying homage to the greats of old, Oxide, Abinavski, and many others. All of which is set to this air combat suite, what a fitting ending. We love you SSeth.

I had this song on mega repeat mode because of Sseths video and, upon checking the comments for the first time, got a good knowledge dose. Wishing everyone a strong father figure in their lives.
If you evver played ace combat you know the music doesn't sounds like shit, it's actually pretty good. However, this new 2.0 soundracks are just ripoff's from the old one's, only with more beats. And the old orchestral one's in my opinion sounded better. This 2.0 Music sounds like absolute garbage, if you take violin and then broke it, it's the same...
@@interpl6089 Ah yes, an OG music conosseur. Yes I also miss the old classical music. I don't really put the AC music on par with WT, but I meant that they went more modern with the soundtrack for jet battles. The new rock themes seem like the devs played Ac7 and said, "we need guitar riffs"
I always thought of war thunder’s current music choices of battle in 3 categories. 1. The humble low tier music. 2. Intense mid tiers combat. 3 Top tier mayhem. This is clearly in the third category.
If you get helicopters go to events and helicopter only battle you will be jamming to this for the whole battle if your rich enough on silver lions like me trust me it's fun for helicopters and fun for players check it out

@@literallyjustchickensandwich I get so immersed in it that I for a big part can't focus on my surroundings in game, what is happening situational wise and then also my pointdexterity kind of slips, but... I guess I am just used to more like the calm so to speak, without music in game. ...Calm before the storm.
I make a point of always trying to dip in to help people who call for help. It's a brilliant feeling to help your teammate out and doubleteam the enemy with them.
That's the feeling when all of your team left in a helicopter only in event tournament amd you and another helicopter are still in because both you and your team mate are too rich to quit and both of you dont die much and completely initiate the objective and kill anyone in your way # that happened to me alot.
It only happened once or twice for me, but damn was it worth it....the first time I got jumped in my squadron 262 by sevral F2Gs, and the higher level teamate broke off his chase with a Kikka to rip apart those F2Gs. The second time I was the higher ranking team mate, and I saved a 262 in my R2Y2, by tearing apart a YaK and an A2D that were on his tail
3:20 is perfect, I feel like I have heard this theme before. Props to the composer, it feels like he acknowledges the past and heroes of the past but insists on that we should move on to the new heights.
War Thunder hyping you up with a kick ass soundtrack when you're in a helicopter before getting shot down 3 seconds later after entering the battlefield
3:34 onwards really makes you feel like you're witnessing the changing of the times and new technology coming into play, the marvels of VTOL, the modern arms race etc..
Dunno about you lot but I love the way the electronics give way to acoustics around 2:50 and the way it fuses back together at 3:20. Feels to me like it’s saying that no matter what kind of missiles or electronics or computer-assisted engineering creates a modern plane, it’s ultimately only with the will and grit of the pilot that victory can be achieved over the enemy. Very fitting for the game… and an absolute banger as well.
been playing this game on and off since 2012, eventually turned off the in game music somewhere within the past decade man i've been missing out. thank you sseth for making me realize this lol

Literally my first game's music in my Tu-4, I was flying in formation with my friend, I feel invincible at the time, we took down some interceptors together and bombarded the enemy's land till it's all dust and wrecks
3:20 the music that plays when you are being chased by the entire enermy team in air rb and your team actually comes have helps you which a massive furball insues with both teams clashing against eachother
