It has been years since we have run the IS-1 for a video and I thought it might be a strong vehicle to use to help grind out those pesky daily tasks. Some matches were really good... some were really bad. Those are the ups and downs of War Thunder.

@Александар Пецић In the past, I think it was around 2014, KV-85 was grouped with KV-2 and could therefore be skipped. If you really want to verify it you can simply search for the early research trees

I remember when I first got that tank many many moons ago that I *hated* it because the armor didn't seem to work and the gun handling wasn't great so it felt like a downgrade from the KV-1 (ZiS-5) that used to directly precede it. Now it's one of my more used Soviet Heavies, with only the KV-1 (ZiS-5) and the first IS-2 being used more.

I have noticed a bug in War Thuinder lately and it is every time I dont finish a mission/ match and I return to hangar and when the mission/ match ends I dont get my RP or silver lions from that mission/match. Other wise I like the videos Bo they are usually the highlight of my day!

I've kinda come to prefer the KV-85 ever since it was moved to that awesome 4.7 lineup with the T-34-57, but the IS-1 is still always a fun time.

At least on my servers, I get uptiered nonstop playing 4.7, while playing 5.3 I am mostly just having fun at my BR, so IS-1 is better imo

@@ODST_Parker I guess everyone's experience is different. I do deal with some 6.3 tanks but for example the leKpz M41 is really easy to deal with so it doesn't matter.
