How I usually go... -spawn on airfield, even if I'm in heavy bomber -(if in attacker or bomber) go for nearest group of ground targets... and bomb/attack at low-altitude (and pray to god my wing doesn't get shot off by AAA) -(If in fighter) Climb and go for any enemy plane

No, the t-60 isn't it's one of the worst low tier tanks, the T-34-85 is op when used properly, but the turret ring is so massive it can be shot at any range and you'll die, the Russian modern tank's rotation or reverse speed is trash the tank destroyers need to have good depression angles, technically all of them need, most of the low tier tanks have weak armour, the T-50's rotation speed is also trash, the kv series can't catch up to any heavy tanks in ww2 in terms of armour, and you need to be careful and smart. It's not noob friendly so people need to practice using it

Soviet almost top tier gameplay (8.7-9.7) sucks quite a lot, the t-80B and the tanks that come after it perform way better even when paired with 2a6’s, 2a5’s, and 2pl’s, other than that, the is-3 and the is-4 are pretty much always suffering, sometime even after spading
