250 deranged Minecraft players are told to survive in a realistic Minecraft world. What happens next is rather funny. Music list: pastebin.com/4F4g0e55 Supersymmetry discord server: / discord
@@zing3647 Superobama activated the unlimited GregWorks and demolished all the other teams, but at the cost of their life. It was truly a sad day when that had happened
@@aregulargenericname8794 He’s the cringiest of them all. People like Sailor are obviously having fun playing characters. SuperObama just seems to genuinely be an edgelord, he also seems to think his exploits on 2b2t are impressive and not just how that server works.
other civilization videos contain a wide range of characters with interesting quirks. iglob's civilization videos consist of a bunch of assholes murdering each other, which is so much better.
All of this war stuff because their main communication network was "discord." Think about it. If Teamspeak or Skype was used so much conflict could have been avoided
its really not that hard to figure out, isnt it skypebros rise up "psyoppers when the enemy team uses skype and not discord for communication"-me, 21.02.2024
Perhaps among those most entertaining things I've ever seen. I can't wait for the next one. Personally, I found it harder to follow this movie than the previous gregtech movie. The voiceover could be a little more descriptive later on in the show. Its easier to tell what's going on when there's some background and dramatization going along with the recordings and message logs of various players. Thankyou so much for the hard work. It looks like this took you a really long time and I hope you found it a rewarding project.
Yeah, this feels more like being dropped in the middle of something and having to follow along. There's not a lot of context to most of the events being described, and so far (40mins in), its all the politicking of the server without any context on where all the factions are progression wise, what the pack is other than 'its greg', and why these few people up front are the center of the video. I don't know, the previous gregtech movie felt like a very natural progression, while this so far feels like a retrospective for everyone that took part in the server.
@@nezzled I know, but how does it compare to other packs with greg? Thing I'm saying here is that I'm seeing more discord messages in the video than the pack being played, very school drama playing out over discord instead of greg happening. I'm hoping it improves and focuses more on people playing the pack rather than people bickering on discord in the coming acts.
@@thewafflemancer Yeah and censoring half the messages makes it even harder to follow, it makes me wonder if they are Gamers™ so much that censoring was the only choice
100 playar googoogaga sword fight Christian baby (totally not scripted) 🙃😃😃 Vs Guerrilla warfare, military sabotage, Planned invasions, political espionage, use of wmds, and general hyper autism
This chaos makes good content. Not like "oh no hunger oh no spy". This shit is civilization videos on steroids. Gaslighting. Misinformation. Counterintelligence. Manipulation.
So, basically, PGS is just a bunch of losers trying to intimidate a different group of losers. How do people manage to make me hate them in just 5 minutes of footage?
I managed to get through 27 minutes and felt like I was watching middle school drama from the sideways. I will probably wait couple of days to read comments with spoilers to decide if video is worth watching. I don't miss middle school "politics"
As a Arknights player, I find it very funny how Rhodes Island team harbor quite the same thought process as the actually Rhodes Island in Arknights lol (mostly Amiya). They lack a Kal'tsit to kill a few people tho
Nothing against this video but please don’t fully abandon your old formula absolutely love the random 90mph editing chaos with the ai voice just wana throw that wish out there lol
I mean, Not to sound like fake philosophy neanderthal man but, I'd say this is pretty reflective of a part of Human history. Bad actors will always exist somewhere and do stupid things for the sake of it or for themselves.
I wish this video focused more on the technologic and weaponry advancements, and less on discord chatlogs. I'm not interested in the player-on-player drama. I know we need a reason to explain the conflicts and warfare began, but I started fast-forwarding through the he-said-he-said. I wanted to see "x-team built laser rifles, while z-team was still making steam engines", not "player-a was mad at player-b for saying player-c was poop 3 years ago".
it really was just 75% people talking about spies as if it's a game of deception while the only parts that I found entertaining was the boiler exploding and the base being claimed (even if it was revealed it didn't even matter). other than that I don't really remember much of the video and got more confused as the video went on. I wish there where more talking about the machinery edit: watched the Greg tech space video. I really loved it and felt as if it actually showed progress and nations be created and destroyed while in this video it's like being thrown in halfway through the server while there's like 7+ factions/nations the video also included more gameplay and Minecraft instead of discord screenshots I hope the next act is better...
Very happy to see this, been looking out last few weeks Few notes on the video, as to what I found weird/confusing or straight up boring: - intro was confusing, instead of smooth entry it was a long mashup of mid-game things - first hour had close to no technology and spent waay too long on the drama - then the good part came, but it was hard to follow with all the team & time jumps, I could really use a timeline with marked events
I’m like 20 minutes in and finding this extremely hard to follow. I feel like I skipped the whole first episode. Your other civilization video is much better at following the narrative cohesively. Before we even cover where the players decided to set up base, we’re already talking about deep discord lore and wars? Before we cover someone making technological progress, we’re already covering Kubull using a rifle. I have no context for where everyone else is in the tech tree compared to PGS. I’m gonna keep watching and really hope it gets better. I’m absolutely lost and have no bearing on what’s going on at the moment.
they're going 0-1: INTO THE FIRE, and they're going to 0-3: DOUBLE DOWN by putting their opponents into 0-2: THE MEATGRINDER... another path in the 7-1: GARDEN OF FORKING PATHS may show the 1-1: HEART OF THE SUNRISE instead of 1-2: THE BURNING WORLD... but they mustn't 6-1: CRY FOR THE WEEPER on their self-made 5-3: SHIP OF FOOLS and build 0-4: A ONE MACHINE ARMY as the 2-1: COLD WINDS blow, whereas their opponents will still be left 1-S: THE WITLESS with 7-3: NO SOUND, NO MEMORY, and they will be left as the P-1: SOUL SURVIVOR with the P-2: WAIT OF THE WORLD on them
Sailor was annoying AF, taking every opportunity to say "I told you so" in hindsight. His "battle plan" made it incredibly obvious he is trying to convince everyone he is competent
i bet 1k that in chapter 2, the end credits will continue this quote 1:50:22 with "WAR NO LONGER NEEDED ITS ULTIMATE PRACTICIONER. IT HAD BECOME A SELF-SUSTAINING SYSTEM." and there will be some kind of reference to the pgn space station describing it as "outstreched like antennas to heaven"
The edginess, goofiness and absurdity of everyone and the situations they ended up in, mixed with the flashing images and adrenaline music in the background, gave me quite a dopamine rush I didn't get in a while. Very curious experience, excited for more.
this video is like, really, really good, but i got lost on what was happening many times, and the video itself started without giving context to lots of things
although i lost interest midway through, this was a really fun event. had a lot of fun with the (totally not mentally insane) community too. i hope this gets the views it deserves. crazy?
They locked me in a client. A Minecraft client. A Minecraft client with Gregtech. A Minecraft client with Supersymmetry Gregtech installed. And Gregtech makes me crazy.
This is the best I have seen from a Minecraft Civilization event ever. The intricate and confusing politics is what made this video stand out from the Nomifactory Civilization video. Keep up the good work Igblon!
It feels like an actual movie thats displayed in the cinema... Cinematic masterpiece with funny and deep moments. I really am lokking forward to see part II and the title is well deserved with a war without reason! Must be cool to participate in such events!
I'm not able to follow the story line this time. There is so much more talking and less progression covered, sometimes it's hard to tell whenever something has happend and what's the reasoning behind it (it was clear previous time- need resources=war, bored =war)
amazing video, Im still watching but i can already tell how much effort you put in this one! i love this type of documentary video and i can't express enough how i like your edit style and story telling. thank you man for this videos and keep up the grind!
I cannot believe that I went on a half an hour tangent explaining to my friends in discord why the ultimate evil is the PGS after I saw this video pop up for premiere Good fucking shit
This video slaps so hard. Watching petty losers duke it out and simulate similarly petty global conflicts like actual world leaders is very entertaining. The old tts narration was iconic but your actual voice was well suited in this, I like how this was done. Can't wait for part two
why does the video start off like 3h after the event begins?? i want to see all the teams be formed and everyone gathering reasouces, this feels like i just skipped like 2 episodes and started watching at the third
igblon cut some of the pre-event lore to introduce it as the teams became relevant to the story, i personally don't like it but honestly if he explained everything ahead of time the entire first episode would just be lore
why are a lot of the discord conversations blanked out if the series is already over and what happened to the start of the game, it just went straight to war
I'mma be honest Igblon, I liked the older video better. I think the main reason why is that those videos focused more on the overall technology aspects, explaining the various steps, and then also showing a good dose of drama. This video instead begins immediately with drama and, from what I've seen, it's almost entirely drama. I don't really wanna watch 2h of minecraft drama.
All jokes aside, I love this so much. It's unscripted and feels more grounded and real. Scripted content ain't got shit on this! I hope to see this turn into a long movie series!
Dude. This is genuinely hard to watch even if the concept is VERY attractive, because all of the participants seem to be no more than 11. It feels like im watching some sort of sped school drama between a bunch of socially awkward nerds who take a game way too seriously. Its way too fucking cringe. This shit needs to be toned down
very good video, when compared to the original greg tech amp, it spent more time on politics rather then tech progression, but that could be because there were lass factions at play, thank you for the effort you put in
