Waraq Enab and Zucchini Kousa Mahshi. ورق عنب / كوسا محشي  

Ingredients to create these delicious appetizers, you'll need:
- 1 bottle of grape leaves or you can take fresh
- Zucchini 6 pieces
-1 tbsp tomato puree for the stock ( optional)
- 300 grams calrose rice/ egyptian rice
- 1 pound of Minced Beef
- 1 Kilo Meat Any
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon long pepper powder or you can use all spice powder
- Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Some water to add in Instant pot
- Salt and pepper to taste
