@@warbyparker perhaps one day I will the fortune to have a location in Alberta. I took your sizing advice from a previous pair of frames I own and scored a new pair closely sized and it ended up being a men’s small. A regular size would have been abysmal and had I not watched this, I would have then had to initiate a return and resize.
My eyes are closer to my nose therefore I’m needing a narrow pair. Like the ones I’m wearing but rt now my distance is getting blurry wish I could find my ideal fit too!

I just ordered a home try on for the Durand in the color rose water and the front of the frames are slightly curved in. It is bent to wear the bridge is the peak and the end pieces are curved in making the sides fit too snug to my face (I ordered a size medium). Other than that, I love these glasses. My question is whether or not they all have this curve in the glasses or was this just a defective pair because I believe that if they can be straightened then the size will fit much more comfortably.
Firmly agree. Anyone that trolls someone about non-verbal prompts like “Um” has never done public speaking or videos of their own. Until you have done a bunch, it’s a natural way for someone to cue themselves on information that’s pertinent. Once you’ve got a number under your belt, your confidence naturally reduces how often you say it. I too appreciate a more friendly spontaneous video than something rigidly scripted that doesn’t convey a helpful warmth. I personally found the video outstanding and appreciate it.
This is not an effective way to communicate especially for an online shop. Your are talking through your nose impossible to understand the words for a non USA market viewer. You need to turn down your speed, and have full stop and comma .
