Cheers mate. A few people have said they like the zone vids as times gone by but tbh I remember I kinda disliked making them. Probably because I was trying to pump out videos at an unsustainable rate back then but also, in hindsight; I probably wasn't happy with the way I was writing them. Felt like I was just listing stuff off rather than telling a story. But I appreciate the kind words!

before westfall he had to go back to goldshire, on foot ofcourse, and only then back to where he was and farther into westfall. So it's bloody mindless walking back and forth at first. It's not that it gets better afterwards... But hey, at lvl 20 you can ride a bike! :D
I must admit... I spent a lot of time levelling alts pre - level scaling. Didn't mind the walking and ground mounts too much cos you'd get to level 60 quite quick. But recently it's been less fun. Although I do like having more choice on where to quest.

And then having to run on foot all over Durotar is the superior idiotic idea. Experiences from WotLK, but it's not much different nowadays either. Wow doesn't feel like "look I'm a hero liberating cities" but more like "I'm an idiot killing wolves to collect their teeth". I'm slightly biased, though, because of 12 $ a month :D If it was free and only cosmetics was charged I'd be happier. However, these 12 $ a month dictate the game pace, unfortunately. So, you can do only one raid a week. You need to be back next month too, you know, to pay another 12 $. So you can only gear up slowly -- meaning there's nothing to do. Questing is too long and grindy because -- 12 $ a month. Everything is tailored towards -- 12 $ a month. This shit needs to die soon, so another F2P nonP2W mmorpg can surface. Actually, wow has only like 1 million subscribers now... Videos are fun, though! Cheers :D
I'm not shilling but I genuinely believe Blizzard are still the company we all love despite Activision's Influence. I think BFA has had some major missteps. For example... I don't think they should continue with their current style of storytelling. By the end of this expac I think people will actually be praising the story but because they're spreading it out and only revealing a little bit at a time... it's not really working. I don't comment on the systems and mechanics cos I just don't bloody know what I'm talking about. lol. Maybe i'm a fanboy but I still hold some hope that the upcoming Azerite changes will make a difference. But also... one of the reasons I decided to delve into the lore in the first place was because I used to feel like my character just ran errands whilst other people saved the world! Legion was probably the first time I felt like my character was actually special.
@@FlyingButtress Maybe you could do commentary videos on what's wrong with wow... if you feel so that is! I'd like to see the following for instance. Almost the entire world is left useless. How about a world boss spawns every hour or so somewhere. Whoever hurts and kills enemy players gets honor, and whoever hurts and kills boss gets valor or smthng, currencies one can spend the usual way. Boss spawns ads so u need healers and tanks who when near a boss get points for their tanking+healing work too, but the other faction interrupts you of course, so you need PVPers too. And you can't just go in alone because healers won't heal you because you're not in their raid. So you need social skillz! Kappa And you can't possibly down a boss without the entire raid. Boss and ads gain hp the more players are around. So noobs get not healed and can't really participate in the mess and steal away points, not much at least. Something like this...
That sounds feasible. I dunno. The thing is... there are other channels who have a lot more insight and know what they're talking about. I'll be the first to admit that I don't. lol. I've not played a lot of MMOs - only some that would probably be considered bad. Like DC Universe Online and SWTOR. And with both of those... the end game was mainly just grinding for currency to buy the next tier. Those that did harder content would gain more currency than those that did solo stuff but ultimately if you were patient you could get there eventually. My feelings about BFA are pretty separate to the vast bulk of the community though. I think I'm a bit more reward focused than the majority but I'm also fairly anti social. So it's my own fault that there's not much for me to do at the moment in-game.

There were a couple of things I probably missed. It's difficult establishing what was in vanilla and what was changed in cataclysm. And unless I play on one of those dirty nasty private servers... I'd have to wait til Classic comes out to get it 100% right.
