I have a problem with the 1600 rating token, when I go to this area the NPC that gives it is in red, I have to increase my reputation I think because it is "foreigner", I have completed all the quests available in this area but I am still at 1900 out of 2500, I can't increase it, any advice please?
Hey there, I'm not quite sure on the optimal method here. Weapons would be pretty powerful at this point in the season but min-maxing and trade-offs is another discussion. Good question though!
