we discussed fluid challenge here , for a fluid challenge what is the criteria time and amount of fluid ?
@ProfChintamani
@ProfChintamani Год назад
For the fluid challenge test, crystalloids are preferred and about 500 ml is infused within 20 mins. A rise of more than 10% in cardiac output is considered a response which is difficult to assess. Therefore, we rely on the sustained rise of MAP till 65 mmHg and above.
