Although I agree it’s wrong she did that and this seems like a good idea, it sets a tough precedent in that it could deter others from filing reports with information that could actually be helpful for fear that they may be charged if it can not be proven.
Why? I was reported for shooting a whitetail doe because the person reporting was so far away that they couldn't see the antlers on my brothers spike buck. It didn't hurt at all showing the Conservation Officer(B.C. game warden) the dead buck and cut tag.
@nathanadrian7797 They Obviously Wanted To Cause Trouble For You And Know That They Call The Game Warden You Have Eventually Be Called Or Investigated And Perhaps Less Time For You To Enjoy Your Deer While You Have To Wait For The Wardens To Contact You Its illegal To Eat Any Parts Of The Animal During Any Investigation And Those Hunters Know They Think They Get A Reward For Calling In And Report A Violation And That Is Not True
@@Bullrider33Outdoors For me, it was literally about 10 minutes. The C.O. pulled on the yard, told me of the accusation and so I showed him the buck. He never even asked to see the cut tag. After that, we shot the breeze for a few minutes and he was gone, nothing further.

@@mt.gamecalls2566 I was reported for shooting a doe out of season because the witness was too far away to see the spike antlers, and it only took about 2 minutes to show the C.O. the buck and tag.
i love how at 10:00 there is a hunters orange segment.. yet every time the wardens enter the field wearing a brown shirt and no orange when people are hunting brown animals this is ok!! for once i wish a hunter was in the right, and turns the table on the warden for not following the rules. you have a gun, in the field/woods where animals are.. your hunting. no orange.. here's you violation fine... you mean they can't take 1 sec for even an orange hat. There was one episode where a hunter was using his scope so see the warden and he got all pissy about it.. umm hunting brown deer in same field you standing in wearing brown..
Well if the guy watches the show then he knows the deer must be tagged right away , He thought he got away with a free deer and could hunt another that's why he didn't tag it
if that hunter watch the show and knew everyone got a $135 dollar ticket he knew the animal should of been tagged and what would happen if caught not tagging the deer..
Some wardens teach and some give tickets. Too bad theres alot less teachers these days. Guy admits to first time in montana, first deer, was tryna wash up and gives him a ticket vs a warning and education
if you take a hunter safety course you already have the education. these are also adults running around with firearms and they should be held to a high standard. i'm in favor of more tickets and less free passes to do it again.
@@chriscaliri7977 He's threatening Golie on these vid sights from something over a decade ago. The Warden "caught me doing something"...go figure. He still thinks he's a bully from grade school...😂
Montana DNR needs to do better with non resents buying licenses for sure I will never go there again my ticket was not that much but I was talked to by someone who was very extremely unprofessional I was wrong and didn't have a issue with that
I have the same number so if you are the officer who I asked did you take your medication and having a mental health issue I have thought about it yes I could have said something different
