So glad to see this I thought wide leg were a thing of the past. Slim leg pants are nice but on my shape which is curvy I have to buy 2 or three sizes up for a good fit.

I have faux/ and vegan leather skirts and pants. Love them. I wear dark denim skirts. I haven’t been able to find a pleated skirt to fit. I have a tummy. Not going to give up though.

I recommend that you wear midrise pants. It’ll make your torso look longer. I’m sure you probably hate ankle pants but if they’re worn the correct way they make your legs look shorter

I do hate the ankle pants since I tried so long to obtain pants with an inseam of 42 with heels. As far as the midrise pants well I will have to lose a few pounds!!!!! I was able to get that lovely yellow top with the poofy sleeves from Shein and it looks amazing with a pair of jeans and flats/sandals for the Spring/Summer look. Thanks again!!!! I love Talbots their slacks, and suits are very comfortable and fits so very natural. Ann Taylor has great suits as well but the pencil skirts are 🔥 I’m not a Jean girl but this year I vowed to get maybe 3 pairs along with shorts and a pair of sneakers 😂
I recommend starting with a pair of Levis and if your budget can take a hit, get a pair of Good American jeans. They feel like butter! As far as sneakers I recommend low top black Vans with a white stripe. I have the high top and I LOVE them (they aren't a quick on and off though). I'm getting a pair of low top green and white Vans soon.
