@paladineXD 3 года назад
@@allanp2001 well I run 170 weeks so I start at 18.40 plus 2 dollar incentive at 100% since I run 170 weeks every 10% after that is a dollar. At the end of the month I get an extra 9 dollars an hour incentive per my 170 weeks, 8 dollars at 160, 7 dollars at 150 etc. If I throw no errors all that money is given to me as a big moni's at the end of each month.

@lawyerservicedirect8619
@lawyerservicedirect8619 3 года назад
Your scanner tells what bay and quantity. You scan box, scan label confirm it and stack it. The best way is to learn your customers. There will be a few curve balls here and there but you need to get to a point where you can beat each batch by 10 mins. So if you have an hour batch. Go for 50 mins completion. The quicker, the better! I selected 14 months. 37 years old 110% over 4000 cases per error. I liked the freezer the best. Best for your muscles if you are older
