How about the title deed of the lands ? Who owns the land outright ??? Is the land a lease or owned ? Can you provide land title that can be validated by Kenyan government.
As an advice to qurbajog do not invest in toll bricks of stones pile up upon each other. Rather invest in more like town homes 🏡 build on a land that you own. After all the price is the same if not more on those 🧱. To the developers plz establish for us community not in skyscrapers 🏙️ rather buy a huge land and build hundreds of homes to where we can have a community of our own.
