Most augment mods in the game are either bad, or meh sadly. They have reworked some of them, but even ones they reworked they still don't really seem worth replacing a mod
Much respect for rushing to get the mod for us to check it out, kinda glad i didn't go through that Duviri Puzzle torture haha! but i'll be getting the mod soon enough. Can always count on you for these awesome updates! keep it up man!
tbf there is virtually no ambiguity in the mod's description its a stack per shot landed, not per enemy hit, no reason to believe it shold work any other way also there is no anti synergy with acid shells, the anti synergy is with your compulsion to reload
I'm thinking it might be nice for builds that already have to put many shots into enemies one after the other to start a chain anyway, but it is very underwhelming to me considering how OP other weapons are. If you shoot a few times and the whole room explodes, I guess even then it might mean you only have to shoot once or so, it kinda just stops mattering much which one you slot then... if you go with this aug, you'll probably have a few awkward moments where you have a few yet not quite enough shots left, your performance would swing more.
Shot landed is just a stupid word to use to began with they should of said “per first target shot” if a gun has punch through the shots not landing on the first target hit…
@@MissedTheJoke Ah I see the confusion, you're thinking of landing like a spaceship lands on a place. In case of gunfire landing just means it touched an intended target, it hit an intended target, doesn't matter how many or in what way Again, there is no ambiguity, a shot only has 2 states, either it landed or it didn't, if it hits a billion targets or just 1, the state is just gonna be that it landed, that it was a hit, that it didn't miss.
Remember that Rhino that reloaded his Sobek on the 2013 trailer with Salad V after shooting like once? Yeah, that's me sometimes. Compulsion is hard to control.
@@fran13r you could argue a shot landed twice, then the interpretation can vary counting either the amount of shots themselves or the amount of landing they've done, but that does make less sense
After tons of kuva I landed a decent riven I now have a heat, magnetic, radiation,Viral Shattering justice (blast) Acid Shells (corrosive aoe) Clip delegation Galvanized hell, savvy Variety or being able to handle everything or anything is a simple concept and it’s overwhelming to try to cookie cut weapons.
Still helping for acid shell for non saryn players since u can 1 tap all mob so it keep exploding and it some extra dmg even with some armor left, or go infested :D
It actually is worth grinding Nightwaves for this mod because it sells at ~100p on the market. If you grind anything past this reward you should get it asap before market becomes oversaturated with them. I sold mine for 90p and it defo ain't worth that much. As you said it competes over a mod slot and 225% multishot ain't even that hot at this day and age where it competes with such strong mods. I don't even use the Scattered Justice on Kuva Hek because my MS/CC riven increases DPS more. It turns out there is such a thing as too much multishot.
@@kreamkid275 Not forgetting just ignoring. It's not a status weapon, if you want savvy then you'd use a primer secondary anyway. It's not priority and doesn't increase damage much. Base status with multishot is enough for few Viral procs for HM to and anything over has diminishing returns, the way I see it at least.
@@Laireso Bud, 80 percent of the game is using primers anyways😭and If you go slash/ heat. and a fire rate build(or gauss) It’s pretty viable. Acid shells is overused so if you’re counting on that its pointless for the k sobek. Scattered Justice can be put on so why not🤷🏾♂️
@@Laireso Well my nukor can wipe out lvl 300 HG pretty easily so its my go to. Most primers probably dont do that so I understand. Armor strip is the go to yea i get you
The augment is all about to hit with as many shotgun bullets as possible. Why don’t you mention primed ammo stock at all? It’s a fun way to use that unique ability of the new augment mod
You don't need synth fiber for equilibrium to work anymore, still though, synth is a nice set if you're comboing weapons to take out nullies or overguard etc. etc. etc.
As much as I want to love Clip Delegation, the auto reload breaking this mod is really annoying especially since I use synth mods on most of my companion. It should've worked like the ocucor mod
And how does that make it bad exactly? Just switch out galvanized hell with it and you have a lot more status chance at the cost of 5% multishot and a different activation mechanic, now you have more heat and viral stacks up quicker
The condition to hit enemies (not always easy when competing over kills with squad mates with AOEs. Also the unpredictable enemy movement and random pulls by Nautilus or CC/grouping abilities) and not reload during downtime are downsides you don't consider. Reloading mid fight because you ran out of ammo or needing to slot in +magazine size just to accommodate for this mod are in practice lowering your DPS.
