About that crate thing: I am not 100% sure about this...actually I am only like maybe 0,9% sure about this, but Saryn, the Frame that Papa played, has an ability that gives enemies the equivalent of herpes, and these can be destroyed by shooting at them, releasing herpes spores around the affected enemy. That interaction might count as "crates opened".
Yep, each spore counts as a crate opened. I think it's been like that since her rework. Finished an archon defence with something like 500 crates opened
