@@Caleldir Yeah man, operator mode is ridiculously OP if you're skilled at using it, and put in the time to grind focus. (Not through raw damage, but the tremendous utility it can provide to all your Warframes.)
I just noticed what Hunhow said to Stalker. The Tenno's death will end the *despair* of his *dread*-long life, by killing the very thing he *hates*, which is also what he is.
yea the line "remember your despair when you saw this sent you into madness" (i'm probs para-phasing but i think was something like that, which would mean he is a tenno because he would have thought he was a warframe but when he woke he saw different etc.. :D
As someone who just completed this quest in 2021, even knowing “operators” were a thing, this quest still fucking dropped my jaw. Sometimes, even if you ready know the destination, the journey getting there can still be just as good as if you didn’t know.
I just did this quest, in 2018. This community, being the amazing one it is, never spoiled it for me. Nothing in RU-vid thumbnails or anything mentioned in my Clan. I got the full experience even years later.
This is the real feat, and greatest part of the community, is our desire for others to share this experience. Now for the real question: Now that you've finished character creation, what do you think of the game?
I had spoilers before I played this quest because of guides and videos I watch, I agree it kinda ruins the whole situation but god damn I still had goosebumps
10 months later and I still enjoy watching the reaction people had to this quest. I'm also still tearing up at this part. I don't know why, it's just so amazing that it makes me want to cry.
So here is the question, the last name of the main character in Dark Sector was Tenno, so was Zariman Ten-Zero a nod to that and explaining it in game or was it established lore way back before Dark Sector?
Dark Sector being non canon has nothing to do with whether the name came from Hayden Tenno. You misunderstood my question. The name Tenno was used in Dark sector for Hayden Tenno, the question was is that where the name originated from and they tied it into warframe or was the story involving the zariman already lore they wanted to use before that.
I'd seen "Operator gear" and wasn't sure what it meant, but I had a suspicion. Despite that, this quest blew me away with the full depth of what the Tenno are. Brilliant!
I played this game on closed alpha or beta like years ago and didn't like it...I started playing again last month and it's been incredibly awesome the whole time...And when I finished this quest I don't know how I never got spoiled, honestly...I got lucky enough to witness all these surprise first hand. I almost cried...This is the first F2P game I'd rate 10/10 no jokes.
this is moment that this obscure free to play title became the definitive role playing action-shooter game of the decade which subsequently put all other contender like destiny or even borderlands to shame with its massive content and amazing storytelling.
@@spookwavevevo I've always known that things would be bad from the second that D2 was announced to be honest. Destiny was an amazing experience but it was ruined so terribly...
I was blown away when I finished this quest, I was literally in awe that this kinda quest could be kept secret by the community for so long! I've been gaming around 30 years and this is still ranking one of my favourite quests of all time. ...god I love this game!
When I played this, I already had a rough idea of what was coming due to careless spoilers, but I still broke down in tears when I experienced it myself.
This has to be one of my favorite reactions. I finished Second Dream just last month and since then I have watched every reaction I find. It is such a simple quest compared to others, but OMG is it impactful! It's so well written, acted, and executed. I literally cried while making my dialog choices. I felt like my character was MINE and she was trying to wrap her head around things, and her backstory felt very parallel to my main frame, Valkyr, and it just made it all that much tighter and more ...aaaaaaaa~ SO GOOD! I love the genuine glee in your reactions ^__^ It is such a joy to watch.
I totally agree with your quote. "This is the best game". Period. I felt and said the exact same thing when I saw this too. I hope they release more options for faces/hair and accessories for the controller. If you go male the options kind of suck.
+Yoriko Arran huh? first of all I'm gay so yeah I get gender roles. But that said, all the options are more or less effeminate. Even the more male masculine ones. I think it has less to do with gender roles and more to do with masculine/feminine.
Kenzie LaMar Gender roles was the wrong word. Right, it's got to do what you perceive as masculine and feminine which is what I meant. Considering females decorate themselves more and has more hair styles you see it as effeminate. Formal attire for men are limited to suits while females can have a bit of whatever.
The second dream is easily the greatest quest I've ever played in a game, the music was fantastic, the story was fucking phenomenal, the plot and script was so well done, I just think it's very poor that the war within was a bit of a let down in my eyes
Chipper McManus I think that we can't be setting second dream as "the bar". Almost everything will be disappointing in comparison if you just judge it that way with the biases you have.
18:40 "I'm feeling REAL STRONGLY about that one!" HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH ROFLMFAO *WHEEZING* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA
I started watching Brozime only a few years ago. Wathing this version oh him being so exited brings a sweet smile to me. I wish I could relive the quest lines for warframe anew.
Thanks for putting this up, it was so much fun to watch :D I didn't catch your livestream because I was playing a certain game at that particular moment in time...
Dude I'd love to play warframe with you, you have a great chill attitude towards everything. EDIT: Also I finished my starchart like you said. Hope it was worth it :/
After the Sacrifice Quest this cinematic has a lot more meaning. When the Warframe started moving on its own, I used to think that something else was controlling it. Now we know that the Warframes, who used to be regular humans, are in perpetual pain and anguish, and it’s only the Tenno’s power that takes its pain away. When the Stalker had the Tenno by the throat, the Warframe acted in defense of its operator.
I think that would be the case only if they were the, "Original" Excal or Frost or whatever frame you played... in the lore theres more than one tenno therefore theres more than one excal or frost for ex. I think theres still something bigger going on that even to this day we dont have the answers to
Anyone remember how God-awful most fan and unique content was on RU-vid for a long while? Brozime sounds and looks like that. Amazing what three years does.
destiny player should like want this so bad... this is a free efing game??? NO WAY. I am like rank 4 and i am freaking out so bad with this,... there goes my life....
Yeah I know, and now we are getting open world and quests, in that world, and it is free to play, it has the best trading system in any game I have ever played, YES it has micro DLC BUT, you can trade the virtual currency making it EASILY accessible to anyone I'm only rank 5 just finished this quest with about 600 platinum none of which I paid for. The whole game is just like a fan service.
@@Gaming_Sparky58 First off how did you get so much plat? Second as someone who played both Warframe, D1 and D2, Warframe is definitely the better choice.
I think it’s awesome that even newcomers don’t know until they hit the quest. I’m not sure if it’s true or not but doesn’t the game NOT pair a lot of people post second dream quest with those who haven’t?
