In which I get a new big brother, play a board game with not-real-dad, and get flattened by a boulder. Since I don't think most console players are going to be watching this, this is only gonna be a PC glyph code drop here. I'll do a console glyph drop sometime soon as a Community post so they don't get spoiled. 4 Warframes head into Maroo's Bazaar with their weapons in hand. Maroo asks them "Why do you have your weapons on you?". The Warframes respond "Mimics". Maroo laughed, the Warframes laughed, an Ayatan Sculpture laughed, the Warframes killed the Ayatan Sculpture... It was a good time
ahhahahahaha, yeah personally i've developed a phobia surrounding rare things, for example my ritual cleansing whenever i see a rare crate or Ayatan sculpture i just fuckin go to town and open fire on everything within a 50m radius
My personal fav was when umbra jumped forward to save the operator from the blast, then the operator transferred back into him. I think the ending of that would’ve looked better if it stayed a cutscene though, instead it just immediately lets you start roaming again, breaks the cinematic feel, but it’s still so awesome. One of the coolest quests in the game.
Alright we’ll, Duviri is out now, and holy hell did that quest feel really good. It was a little short though, I beat it in a few hours, but the new Drifter combat system is awesome and the endless game mode is going to keep me entertained for a long time. I love that it’s randomized, it gave me a chance to try out gauss, and even more of a reason to keep trying to get gauss.
So fun fact the quest bugged out so I had access to Umbra the entire time. Which means that "Find umbra" quest was dumb because I was umbra looking for umbra.
The way Umbra grabs the Operator through transference is my favorite scene in the quest, just due to how smooth it was. That and the bit where Umbra saves the op from the Mimic lasers and op jumps into Umbra like Danny fucking Phantom.
I love how, now after Tenno-con 2022 "the operater age to an adult can use, like melee weapon" line from 18:36 is indeed coming true with the Duviri Paradox update
Comments about his memory Proceeds to list one of the most intelligent animals on the planet as an example Getting good at the subtle complements I see
Actually they are not - the ability to speak DOES make you more intelligent than species that can't. Parrots also don't simply repeat, but can be taught to say what they want or to hold simple conversation.
i went in there with loki, but i play him differenty than Triburos and am basically never ever visible. apparently, when loki's invisible, the symbols will be, too; i had to play the mission twice because i thought i had to go back and get screenshots for the second cipher.
Digging up this thread to let y'all know that goldfish have surprisingly good memory, based on research involving obstacle courses. Once trained, they remember the fastest route for a couple of weeks, if not months.
You know, I knew it was *something* bit I couldn't remember the name of the game exactly. I THOUGHT it was chinese checkers for a moment as I was playing, but then I remembered that I was an idiot Thanks for jogging my head
This is correct and i got hit in the feels just that bit more cuz i played go with my grandmother while she was in hospice... 'twas her favorite but hey, at least i didn't turn her into a murderous robot
2:40 The buzzsaw is still not in our possession. This is upsetting. Also double plus to you good sir! Not only was the Op getting chokeslammed against the wall the highlight of this quest for me, but dat pun action on top of it. Yussss.
Thank-ya, Mr. Zero ^_^ Considering how close we are to TennoCon, and the new boost of folks joinin' the game with the 'big update' (hah) out, think it would be best if I wait for the con to roll out, recap it, theeeen see the rant potential. But fret not! Had about as much fun with the quest as reddit Tenno are with the UI changes/glitches/n' bugs. But for a quickie one-off: Considering the real bulk of this update is summarized yet again with "Buy our stuff!" you'd think they would at least aim to get that right. Only this isn't TennoGen so the standards are much lower. They picked some real oopsie daisies as the limbo cape is about a foot n' a half too short compared to the promo shot used to sell it, but it's only $50 so you won't even notice the lack of fashion frame potential for that steal of a price. And tippa the hat to Mr. Buros on his tweeter for that bit of Limbo info! They really bungled that one XD
PsyCoCinematics (somewhat pleased groaning) well this rant should suffice for now. Back to the corner of the liset i go but be warn i Shall be back for more Tenno Rant, their hatred pleases me.
my favorite part is Ordis admiring the fancy thing you just got, only to then tell you to destroy it immediately. I wasn't paying attention to his captions, so it caught me completely off guard.
That sword flip and stance taking scene at 22:48 ... I know its simple but the sounds, precision, controll and power there just make it so goddamn badass :D
Yeah that quest was really good. As well as the reward - free, maxed, unique warframe (which in reality costs so much credits and endo to max, that it pretty much means nothing). The only thing that bothers me is a clifhanger, and that this quest was pretty short. It had some fillers like doing three very similar missions, or playing Komi, but the cutscenes were worth every second of those.
The question is are there other umbra type warframes (or an functioning will), and shall we take their pain away. Loki Umbra, Ivara Umbra Limbo Umbra (please name him 'The World', I begging you.)
A N my guess is in the future we get umbra mag and umbra volt if possible, mainly because i think only the starter warframes will get umbra forms. Maybe they will rework the queest so that what warframe is your starter, you get the umbra equivalent of that warframe. Just a thought and i know i spelled quest wrong. Maybe some other things too.
I'm certain that they will make more Umbra frames, but it'll probably be of the original 8 frames. Loki,Ember,Nyx,Mag,Rhino,Trinity,Volt, and Frost (and maybe Ash too)
I found a "Strategy" with oberon where you use the health damage to energy conversion and power boosts and efficiency boosts to outheal their damage capabilities. I just sat in front of them and wailed on them until they died
Imagine if they make the vitruvian its own segment in the orbiter, so instead of waiting for umbral warframes to come out you just infuse wichever you want after collecting the recources to do so Would be better than than ,,You farmed base form, then prime form, now farm and level those again to have them walk around on their own”
Back when I played this it got glitched so after I equipped umbra and it ran I still had umbra equipped so the whole time I was trying to take down the umbra’s shields my own umbra was just slapping him but dealing no damage. Umbra’s blind effect made killing the mimics so much easier
Ill be honest i'm really new to this game, like killed jackal for the first time today new, i have no idea what's going on but god are your video fun to watch great job.
mans predicted duviri before it was announced with the thing where you said to sabuuchi where u wish operator could be old (drifter) and use melee (duviri)
