Wargaming what have you done... 

I really hate the typical "OMG THE GAME IS DYING" videos as most of the people who do those are just hungry for views; HOWEVER this monstrosity of an update deserves some of that drama. CV's are beyond broken, and I really hate when people try to skirt around mistakes. Let's call it was it is. Hope it gets adjusted soon
