What really would interest me is whether the path of a future Inquisitor is chosen by his master from the day that he/she becomes a novice or if that choice is made at the end of the training. That it is uncommon but possible for Inquisitors to change between the Ordos is displayed by Titus Endor.

The future ordo of service of any inquisitor enforcer aka inquisitorial apprentice isn't chosen by their master usually the enforce stays with the same ordo of their master just out of loyalty and practicality but they are free to change ordos at any time after becoming a fully sanctioned inquisitor.

Once they "graduate", they probably realize the full power they actually wield and go on their own path if they choose so. Like Valerie said, many apprentices remain in the same ordo as their mentor but I'd think if they want to do something else, they will do so.
