Smart brother knows not to pre-order. Wise brother knows to wait for at least 3 months after the release for the first huge patch to fix the most glaring issues.
@@MargotDobbie Brother, the Emperor does not condone blind faith, promote wisdom and endure for glory is close at hand. Glory to the Imperium! For the Emperor!
Sadly this is the state of the game community in 2024. Developers are more than happy to sell you unfinished product and then patch their way into success. I don't play that game any longer. Sadly, it will probably happen with this title too. Especially considering they already delayed..
@@MargotDobbie No. I've paid to "beta test" far too many games that I wasn't even still playing by the time they patched it. Wise Brothers wait a year + until the game is FINISHED and on sale for 19.99$ or less.
With the leaks honestly, id say its worth a shot. All microtransactions are cosmetic and all gameplay features are free. This is info straight from csrin. Its good. However, wait 3 months after release date please.
@@Audioslave_Fan There are several red colored Space Marine chapters, such as Blood Angels and even the Ultramarines wear red helmets themselves in some of their special units, and in Chaos Space Marines, World Eaters wear red.
@@notsoanonymousmemes9455 oh ok, so they are allies? Because I saw titus in blue and another standing against him in red with a chainsword, so I was just wondering If we were gonna fight a traitorous space marine or something
@Audioslave_Fan Not sure about the campaign, but for multilayer, they confirmed that you can play as or fight against the chaos space marines depending on what side you're on.
I think it'd be pretty cool if they could incorporate a feature similar to Helldivers II where you can travel to different planets to stop xenos infestations, daemons, and corrupted chapters.
not exactly that, but there used to be a MMO called Eternal Crusade, where you pick between SM, CSM, Eldar, and Orkz and fight other players for control of territories. It is more like based on Planetside 2. But a coop PVE WH40k game could work.
If gameplay and maps are any indication this has the potential to be the greatest Grimdark experience since Dawn of War games, lets hope it lives up to it.
I hope the soundtrack is just as good as the first, if not better. I hear some of the subtle cues in the story trailer that reminds me of a Hero's Legacy.
The shots at 9:17, 9:24 and 9:30 have me sold on this game. I’m a sucker for sheer scope in video games, so seeing that you could mess up whole battlefields of aliens as a badass space marine is incredible. Give me this game immediately
You know despite all the weird developments with games workshop and amazon and so on this game looks really awesome. I think if someone delivers on their part and makes an awesome game they deserve your money.
IMO the best parts of a game like this are when the environment actually makes you feel like you're a part of an army and that the war around you is beyond you in scope. Even as a Space Marine, you are still just 1 soldier in a greater conflict. This is something that almost every action shooter war game struggles to deliver
I have faith in Saber..I spent hundreds of hours on wwz which was a solid game for coop for me and my friends and most importantly Saber actually listens to player community..!!
I got into tabletop after the game trailer dropped and I barely knew anything about the lore. Last time I played anything warhammer was wh3 and down of war when I was a kid.
I can only hope the weapons have correct "feel" to them. I think everyone knows what I mean. Not just mindlessly hacking away at swarms of enemies...Each shot or swing needs to have proper "weight" behind it. Please, do not screw this up.
It's a shame that it's about the Ultramarines again. We had a cool story in the book The Devastation of Baal. I also played the first part, I'm excited.
@@jessdank7832 still smth to watch out for im looking forward to sm2 but i rlly am scared of being let down when the game releases it does look gd af tho
I'm pre-ordering it. The first one was great and this one looks great too. I've never been disappointed by a pre-order cause I don't pre-order games that look crap.
looks like a fun time. Just that its giving newcomers an unrealistic expectation of how strong a basic space marine is. The tyranid warriors for one look too small and too weak. In 40k board game they can shred an individual space marine and the swarms are deadly.
This is looking really good! I'm just a bit worried about things like the lack of emblems on chapter creation and some minor things like that but the gameplay looks nice, the animations are great, the weapons look like they will have some punchy feedback, all great signs :>
First game is amazing as well. It's frustrating how the Xbox 360 version never became backwards-compatible on modern Xbox consoles. For the sake of game preservation, Focus Entertainment, Warhammer ip holders & MicroSoft should do just that. Also, the mass killing of Orcs in the 1st game seemed a bit more visceral than the xenomorph-type critters here.
