No the omega symbol is the Ultramarines Chapter, the ones from the Astartes video are the Retributors chapter there are many different Space marine chapters throughout the Imperium thousands each with their name, symbol, colours and Doctrine In 30k in the time of the great crusade there were 18 legions of Space marine each lead by a Primarch the Emperors Sons, Dark Angels led by Lion el'jonson Emperor's Children led by Fulgrim Iron Warriors led by Perturabo White Scars led by Jaghatai khan Space Wolves led by Leman russ Imperial Fist led by Rogal Dorn Night Lords led by Konrad Curze Blood Angels led by Sanguinius Iron Hands led by Ferrus Manus Word Eaters led by Angron Ultramarines led by Roboute Guilliman Death Guard led by Mortarion Thousand sons led by Magnus the Red Luna Wolves/Sons of Horus led by Horus lupercal Word Bearers led by Lorgar Aurelian Salamanders led by Vulkan Raven Guard led by Corvus Corax Alpha legion led by Alpharius and Omegon (yes twins) Oh and in order to make a normal human into a space marine they are surgically implanted with gene seed organs these organs are based of the genes and organs of their respective Primarch for example the Ultramarines gene seed comes from Roboute guilliman so that makes them all his gene-sons and he is their gene-father its the same with the other legions and their Primarchs By the time of the Horus heresy 9 Primarchs along with their legions turned Triator while the other 9 stayed Loyal Horus become corrupted by the chaos gods made some his brothers and there legions join him against their father and the Imperium Fulgrim Perturabo Konrad Angron Mortarion Magnus Lorgar Alpharius and Omegon Most of them become corrupted by by Chao gods themselves and become powerful demon Primarchs while their legions become the Chaos space marines. After the Heresy the Legions were split into smaller chapters each holding 1000 marines in total, the reason why they slit the legions is so no one man could hold the power of a legion again and start another rebellion like Horus. When a legion was split, one chapter would retain the name, colours and symbol of their parent legion while the others who would become successor chapters have new names, colours and symbol, For example when the Imperial Fist legion was broken down into chapters one become the Imperial Fist, the Crimson Fist and the Black Templars chapters. Warhammer 40k inspired many franchise like Gears of War and Halo especially Halo because the Spartan supersoldeirs like Master Chief Both halo Spartan-IIs and IIIs and 40k Space marines/Astartes are trained as children then genetically enhanced to become super soldiers in power armor that enhances their already enhanced strength, speed and reflexes made to be the defenders humanity.

A good place to start with lore are the 3 videos by bricky all factions 1 and 2 and that covers the galaxy as a whole and then there is a 3rd that just covers the space marine legions themselves
