A great battle report. But they forgot to bring the clanrats back after they were destroyed. That's one of the key abilities on their warscroll. When destroyed, the unit goes back into reserves and can return to the battlefield. The game could have gone the other way if that had happened.
In Warhammer Age of Sigmar, different Battlepacks will dictate how many Battle Rounds are player. For this game, we're using the First Blood Battlepack from the Core Book, and for that one, you play four Battle Rounds. Hope that helps!
Im not sure i like the underdog rules. Getting punished for doing well seems odd. It's probably always going to be beneficial for Stormcast and other low model armies. We will see. Cool report though. Thanks guys!
Nick was one of the TOs at my first ever big comp, it was throne of skulls years ago back when you had a set amount of wounds rather than points for age of sigmar. He was really kind and helpful I’m glad to see him doing well in the company he’s a good dude

I know logically it’s a choreographed battle to try and match it up with the cinematic and that apparently doesn’t matter at all. Just flat out hype for this edition. Lovely energy from the guys playing too
What a nail biter! Every round had an epic moment in it of either heroic last stands, seething hordes flooding in or mythic figures besting the odds! AoS4 is right to start in the Realm of Aqshy because it’s gonna be Fire! 🔥 ⚡️
Why there is two kind of "THE LURKING VERMINTIDE" abilities? One of them, min 5:20, doesn't have the "Once per battle" condition, the other one, min 6:45, has it. Anyone can explain it to me please?
As a predominantly 40k player, I've been going back and forth on whether I want this box but this has swayed me, the new edition looks so fun! I especially love the skaven claw Lord bravely running away
Can you not cover an objective with your models base? Didn't they try that rule in 40k at some pont then quickly change it back because it was so clunky?
I know Stormcast have always been a burly faction that's hard to take down, but I do still get a feeling that everything is getting a bit tougher all around. As a Daughters of Khaine player, that does make me happy. Maybe my glass cannon will become a little less glass now!

Hey guys that terrain is great! did you ignore the slight elevation changes in the battle field sections? when it comes to moving units? it seemed like it but not sure. I'd like to make a similar board but wanted to know first.
These are so enjoyable, would be awesome to see more things like this, maybe when new battletomes come out or revised tutorials for things like Horus Heresy and Kill team

That Clawlord absolutely proved himself, there's no doubt in my mind he should receive some sort of promotion. Too bad he'll probably be stabbed in the back by some random Rat.
This looks fantastic...been slowly building up and AoS Orruk Warclans army ready for this new edition....not played a game yet and can't wait....might even be brave and make our own battle report!😂🐻
Somewhat significant rule missed, AFAIK: The Endless Vermintide should've enabled Jimbo to bring back the clan rats via the Gnawholes. He should've had an extra unit on the field during at least one of those turns. They could've been important for screening their lord.
Question, are these just the models of the skaventide box + gnawholes? 1200 points apiece? Can you play a balanced game of AoS with 1200 points per side? I’m not very familiar with AoS
Wait, has been The Lurking Vermintide nerfed before seeing the table?! In the faction focus, the ability didn't specified "once per battle", but it does say so in the battle report T_T I'm a sad sad skaven.
4th edition looks Great! Anyone know the points value of the game? I’m curious to see how it works with larger games due to the amount of healing available it seems catered to smaller games, but looks like a good change!

@@darrenrichardson6146 No no, It's a novelty of 4th that fly units don't get cover. Cover restriction right now are just 10+ wounds characteristic unit or that charged this turn.
Yes, Vermintide is used in the AoS lore & videos. Vermindoom is much bigger though. Vermintide= swarm a city or kingdom Vermindoom= swarm multiple worlds & realities.
Perhaps this can be a gameplay for mobile & PC idea, i hope i can play that game but i low money now, but watching that gameplay make my heart can feel if i was there playing that game too
