I doubt anyone will see this after 4 years, but I recently found this game on steam and oh my god this is the most epic soundtrack I have ever heard in a trailer EVER!
Indeed, especially there is nothing staged or scripted. Anything you see here is whats in the game and how you would experience it, all of it. Also, a big bonus the trailer gets is how well music and gameplay fit together here, how well it builds on eachother is amazing :3
In case anyone's wondering what that instrument is it's a hurdy gurdy, like a viola but instead of moving a bow over the strings the player cranks a wheel giving it that haunting drone almost like a horn.
This game changed my life. It was my gateway into WH, the voice acting is so on point and the performers are adorable (even Kruber, Satlz, Sienna and Kerillian actors are active on Twitter and they appreciate the ratslayer fanbase so much!) and omg the music, Jesper K is a genius, I think that "The Skaven come out to play" is one of the best themes on a videogame I've ever hear, you can feel the ratmen crawling around when you hear it. I can I think only of another game that has been so grinding satisfactory and still, I didn't enjoy that one this much. I'm over 500 hrs and I hope I will make it to 5000 eventually 'cuz I can't get enough, and I can't wait for Sienna's new career. Thank you, Fatshark! Hope after the new career is released you will still support the game for a long, long time. ✠ May the Gods bless you all ✠
Think this is the future for an awesome franchise. Would love to see even more features in the next one more classes Warrior Priest, white lion, swordmaster, Archmage. Loving the game so far!
If you loved the left 4 dead game series, and also love medieval/fantasy themed games, this is the game for you. Lots of hacking and slashing, bomb throwing, stat boosting potions, and the guns and bows are a blast too. You have shielded foes that will take a beating before exposing themselves, unless you know how to expose them early. Every bit of this game is satisfying. As the hordes charge at you, you can bomb them out, pick off as many as you can with ranged weapons, and then commence a frenzied bloodbath of sword play. Headshots are very rewarding, and not just with the ranged weapons. Blunt weapons will squash their heads like a juicy tomato, and sharp weapons will send their heads flying. There are even incendiary bombs, and when you catch a cluster of vermin with one of these bombs.. my god it's like having sex for the first time..
I sometimes come back to this trailer just to remind myself how stupid I was second guessing myself when I first bought this game. Years later it still slays and is one of the best *”4 vs Horde”* games out there!
@@waguinfp Same. Loved the game so much I actually got most of the DLCs, only game i've ever done that. Can't wait for Darktide. I hope the influx of new players for Vermintide 2 will enjoy themselves. Obviously some aren't gonna enjoy it, but at least we got new blood to play with and boost the player-count.
Wish there were more characters though, like a Brettonian knight, high elf and some more wizards of another specialisation than fire. As well as a enemy mode, where you can play as skaven, beastmen or chaos against the other races.
@@hund7458 have not played it yet, but it looks quite promicing. Though lorewise his sword should constantly be ablaze with holy fire. A shame they did not add that.
I wish there was a way someone could combine this game with total war 3 as a whole Like being able to swap from commander mode to a hero unit that you can control like in this game. I doubt anyone would ever be able to make thag work, but it'd be so cool if it could
Hey, dear Fatshark! For six years, I've been waiting for much more love and attention from you for the soloplay in Vermintide 1 & 2. Playing all this as a singleplayer games and absolutely don't want to play as multiplayer/co-op! I love Warhammer only, not communication and socialization! So fix your bots and give us Quality of Life already!

@@Orvectso, you only get roughly 200 of those 3000 hour chunks if you live to be 80 & you spent one sitting on your rear playing one single game. Even more insane is a year ago this game had only been out for about 3 years, 1095 days, and you supposedly spent 125 playing this. Some people really take life is meaningless seriously I guess.

I absolutely LOVE this quick and fast paste first Person hitting Animations! Not this slow BS like on Games like "Chivelry 2" where you look like an Idiot with an Armor and Weapons but instead like a real fighter. I saw that Trailer on Steam today and instantly bought it! I hope its as great ingame and fun as advertised here and when i read the other top Comments then it seems to be like it.
@Salvador Ohhhh, sorry x.x Well there is a cinematic intro in the game but its bad. Its just heartstone 2.0 while someone tells the story, really boring and nothing impressive. I really hope there'll be an actual interesting cinematic like in VM1. All you see in the cinematic is the dude telling the story and placing cards on a board with a map.
I wonder how much the game would allow mod. I'll wait for one that allow you to play as "Sir Daniel Fortesque" :'D. I hope the dev will add some new bosses/mini-bosses (special ennemies) in the future. Hell even new races.
Challenging co op as In chaos spawn in the middle of a pitch black corridor while also being split up by 2 blightstormers and a gas rat followed by a patrol coming up behind you.
