This was the first game that first introduced me to the concept of cheats. Warhawk used to kick my ass sideways back in the day. Loved it next to Twisted Metal.
One of my first games i bought with my PlayStation, which was $500 i think... it was 1995. Total blast to see games transition from 2d to the 3d worlds!
0:14 I used to wish the game graphics looked that good. This was one of the first Playstation games I owned. The very first game I owned for Playstation when I got it at Toys 'R Us was 'Star Wars: Dark Forces'.
I adored this game and played the demo many times. The music for the first level is quite a bit better the other levels. A game that for me defined the playstation
That powerup sound is honestly the best even now nothing will ever quite be as amazing. It's like listening to 2001 A Space odyssey in a fraction in a power up.
Wow So this game was one of the first I had on ps1. None of my friends played or even heard of still to this day I've never met anybody who has played it lol. Not gonna lie though G police was sick too
I disable ratings for most of my gameplay videos simply because some people have a tendency to be stupid and ignorant enough to thumb a video down if they don't like the game or if I didn't play the game as good as they would have liked me too. I leave comments open because then I can personally tell them where to stick their stupid opinions. However I did have to close comments down on one of them because I upset a ton of fanboys and finally got tired of seeing all the stupid comments.
@OldsXCool I agree with you dude, I can remember playing the Crash Bandicoot demo over and over again. I saved up like $20 (hard to get when your like 8) and I remember going to the store to buy it. Now I spend $60 on MW3 and $60 on BF3 also and I still don't have the same amount of fun. I guess those days will never come back. Gotta miss them :/
I had a demo disc with warhawk, die hard, a madden game, a preview of the then-upcoming resident evil, and I believe a preview of pa-rappa the rapper, and a preview of twisted metal 2.. it was amazing
Bahahaha the way u attacked that boss, i can tell you were feeling the moment, doing split second pull ups on your attack runs and loops thru the ruins etc. The force is strong in that moment. Haha made me laugh with glee.
I dunno. This game still drops my jaw when I see the last stage which looks so good I can't believe that the Playstation is capable of making graphics that pretty.
1995... mind blowing. 🤗~Playing Sonic~ do do, dit do dit do, do..🎶 do dit do, dit do dit do- (friend plugs in his 'Playstation') < [WARHAWK!]> 😳😳🥺🥺😨😨😵😵 "what just happened...?" 😭😭😭😭😭😭
@DarthSchwartz Dude, first I have got to say that I absolutely love your screen name and your avatar lol. Secondly I'm sure this game alone sold a ton of Playstations. The game that sold me was Ridge Racer, but I bought this game after playing the demo I got with my console which was the first level. I must have played that like over 50 times. That and ESPN Extreme Games. Amazing times those days were. BTW
I use a variant of the EZcap USB adapter for PC. I use Virtual Dub to record the video and then use handbrake to smash the gigantic file size down to somewhere around a gig. It sucks. If I wasn't so damn cheap I'd invest into something much better. The Playstation is the biggest pain in the ass to capture since alot of capture software won't record a PS1 single due to a special copyright encryption in the video signal that flags the capture software to not record. That's why I have to use Virtual Dub to capture massive AVI files because it ignores the signal.
wtf! it says “Sony Interactive Entertainment”. Sony was “Sony Computer Entertainment” and then Changed it to “Sony Interactive Entertainment” a few years ago. How were they called this in 1995?
Yes I have quite a unique spelling of "old school" and nobody has yet made that connection except for you. People always pronounce my name "Olds X Cool". It's like...... "The Oneders" instead of "The Wonders". Everyone would pronounce it The oh-need-ers instead of the won-ders. I wish I had thought of your method before I made my screen name.
Why don't you pick a good game to compare Warhawk to so people have to atleast think about it. MW3 is a giant steaming pile. Everyone should know that by now.
