Allow me to prove you wrong. 1. Silver is much stronger than Mewtwo. Mewtwo may be strong enough to lift a 463 pound Onix, but Silver can lift a car. The average car weighs about 4,079 pounds, making Silver 8 times stronger than Mewtwo. And keep in mind, I'm massively lowballing Silver right now and Mewtwo's feat of lifting that Onix was with armor. Plus, while Mewtwo can repel away a Hyper Beam, Silver can easily catch a giant fireball with more mass with 8-9% of his power and reflect that back almost instantly. 2. Silver is also far faster. Mewtwo may be fast enough to reach hypersonic speeds, but Silver can keep pace with a boosting Sonic. Sonic in his base form is fast enough to race Metal Sonic, who can go from one planet to another in 12 seconds in a damaged state. 3. Silver is far more durable. Mewtwo can recover from an attack that blew a hole in a stadium, but Silver has taken Homing Attacks and Sonic Boosts from Sonic. Sonic's quills are strong enough to shatter huge mountains and his Boost is able to destroy asteroids. 4. Silver can easily reflect Shadow Ball back at Mewtwo, and since Shadow Ball is a Ghost type move, it'll be super effective on Mewtwo. Now you could argue and say that Mewtwo can do the same, but Silver's superior strength will reflect Shadow Ball at a speed that Mewtwo just can't react to. 5. Mewtwo has never resorted to mind-reading in combat. And even if he did, it wouldn't help. It won't help against his Psychokinesis because sure, it will let him know, but it won't stop Silver from actually using it. It won't help against Psychic Knife because if Mewtwo were to reflect that as soon as Silver got it ready, Silver could do the same thing with even greater ease. It won't help against Teleport Dash because while Mewtwo will be able to learn that Silver will teleport, but won't be able to read where because Silver's Teleport Dash teleports at light speed, a speed that Mewtwo has never had to combat before. And he can't counter ESP since its very similar to Confuse Ray, and its never been shown that moves like Confuse Ray can be reflected with psychic power. And even if it can, again, Silver's stronger. 6. Mewtwo has never resorted to erasing one's memories in combat. While he could do that, could is different from would. Besides, even if he would do that, Mewtwo's mind erasing abilitites take long depending on how many memories Mewtwo wants to get rid. And in order for Mewtwo to get a complete advantage over Silver, he would have to erase ALL of Silver's memories. And if erasing at least days worth of memories will take forever, imagine how long erasing 14 YEARS worth of memories will take. That's gonna leave Mewtwo wide open to an attack. BTW, I was using Original Series Mewtwo as an example.

I'm Brazilian, and I have to say that Wario and Waluigi remind me of CeCe and Rocky Blue (Bella Thorne and Zendaya, respectively) from Shake it Up! Notice that Wario's cap and shirt are yellow and his overalls are purple, in allusion to CeCe's shirt and pink shoes, while Waluigi (almost) reminds me of Rocky Blue, as his purple shirt and cap and black overalls are an allusion to Rocky Blue's outfit (blue sleeveless jacket, pink skirt, and pink shoes)!
