I finally managed to achieve a perfect score (1400) in all levels of Sneaky Gamer. Score is based on how many minigame lives you have left, and how many wakey points you have left. You get 10 points per wakey point, and 100 points per life, which makes the perfect score 1400.
Unlike endless you cannot win lives back from boss minigames since there is only one and beating it is the win condition for these modes.
You can also not win any wakey points back, so every pause has to be timed perfectly so the text "GREAT!!" shows up. If you're only a little bit late so the text "GOOD!" shows, you still lose 1 wakey point so "GOOD!" is not good enough.
