Another tip is on Hodir you can curse of doom an iceblock before the pull without pulling the boss. We have each lock doom one and do a 60 second timer
Great video! On Mimiron you can also cast Soulwell during the RP portions between phases to provide extra healthstones for those who had to use theirs. It has a 5 min cd so realistically you can only do this once, so probably best to use either between ph2 and 3, or 3 and 4.
On General Vezax, we could just cast a r1 SB when we move out for Shadowcrash / Mark of the Faceless to keep Corruption and Shadows Embrace stacks. Its one of only 2 spells we have that have different mana cost for it being r1 in Wrath. Compared to Drain Soul/Drain Life which all have the same mana cost. And R1 SB cast super fast. Great video though, shared this with my fellow locks. Looking forward to pumping next week.
Greet guide,some helpful stuff for sure! A tip for razorscale I’ve found is putting a portal down, when he hits sub 50% and knocks the raid in the air just tp too the portal and loose no downtime basically.
I joined your discord and that answered my addons questions, I'd like to have my DOT timers clear and my name plates easier to click/switch to but I don't know if I would have as much on my screen, but you actually have a prety clean UI... I am usually top dps with some high parses every once in a while (not really my goal, but definitely proves that I'm doing well, it will be funny if I can improve and unlock more potential out of all this new Ulduar gear i've been getting and continuing to set the bar for my guildies :D
on iron council weave a well timed curse of doom (runed) on next target so that it would dmg right after hes engaged for free dmg before u coa to complete ur dots etc

just like u can clutch felhunter cs algalon constellation casts u can clutch devour hodir (and thorim) novas if u tryhard w tech/skill (and not just have it on autocast)
@TakenoteTV - Great video. Question on XT tips: You mention "If you get gravity bomb, you wait until the last few seconds, then rocket boots, drop, teleport back". But would it even matter if I rocket boots immediately and just dps with the bomb on me and teleport when its done? Same amount of dps uptime? (Caster specifically)
Great question, in the grand scheme of things, probably doesn't matter, it's just that the more time you spend out there, the harder it is for the healers to keep you up with their AOE healing on the ranged camp!
@TakenoteTV could you explain why you use Drainsoul on General Vezax when he´s not lower than 25%? I see many warlocks doing it but I dont understand why? Thanks for the reply
I refresh it so it never gets below 3 seconds! I just manually target it and drain life it real quick, u can also use macros for focus target drain life etc. whatever suits u better!
Which addon let's the debuffs float above the name plates of the enemies (as can be seen vs kologarn)? And which is responsible for the nice cast bar, for example, when casting drain soul, you see the "ticks" within the cast bar?
Mate I was thinking, the “%” sign under your corruption that fx. Says 20% does that mean if you reapply it the dps will increase by 20 or does it mean the corruption is already juiced up?
Do you need to recast Corruption if you get out of the rune on council? My Corruption WA always says after I step out the run that its -% so I recast Corruption and recast again when I get inside the rune.

Directly to Kologarn, yes! In our current Spellpower in t7, the most single target damage you can do, is to actually keep all dots + 3 Shadow Embrace stacks up on your main target, and then seeding a 2nd!
Hey champ as a dmeo i wondered which bosses are scary for pets ? can the phase 1/ bottom part kill pet when he does that melle ability ? maybe freya when lashers explode. My pet died on ptr if i let him in melee range to mini bosses in the gauntlet at Thorim
Only scary BOSS really, is mimiron in last phase, but the trick is you need to attack the middle part, and the pet will always be in the back of the laser barrage
Seed exploding does not remove corruption. It would only overwrite corruption if you casted seed on the same target. He's seeding the bottom because melee will be attacking it to blow up the seed.
@@kiirbstomp I got the one that shows the dps gain/loss if I were to recast but it only tracks procs for sp/haste. I’m good on when 25% hits I just wasn’t sure if I could cast ahead of time and it “turn on” when it hit 25% I suspected not with how everything else works but thanks for the confirmation
