Warm Audio WA-251 | Unboxing and First Listen | First Class VO 

I recently acquired a WA-251 from Warm Audio. This is a large diaphragm tube condenser with a nice top end--great for commercial voiceover and promo applications--and I think this will be a great addition to my toolbox. You'll hear this mic with a pop filter used; then, you'll hear two commercial reads within a full mix to test how well the WA-251 sits above the mix, recorded without a pop filter to test plosive sensitivity. The mix itself is intentionally imperfect as the reasoning for trying the WA-251 is to ensure the VO sits above the noise for a client that may not have a professional audio team on staff.
