Here I am in a beautiful house with my family just a minute from the gorgeous ocean. Our family is pretty much broken…but this trip feels like old times. As the sun is about to rise I feel exhausted but thoroughly fulfilled. I drink in this moment and feel joyful. Thank you great Spirit for giving me the medicine of laughter, a refreshing break in the madness, and finally much craved beach time. I am new.

Remember that u are always supported, loved, and protected by divine love. Do not fear, the angels are always here 💛

This is one of absolute favorites from Calm Whale so far. I just had a beautiful moment tonight where I watched the sunset, and listened to the rain. I was just so grateful to be alive, and in that moment. I got into my car and started playing this, and I just got overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude and started to cry. I don't cry happy tears very often. But I just thanked myself for choosing life a year ago, when I almost ended it all. I thanked myself for choosing to reach out to my aunt for help overcoming abuse and neglect from my parents, become connected with my body, seek treatments through ketamine therapy. I spent the last year healing and opening up, learning how to become connected to myself. For choosing radical self love, and to find the beauty in the moment and appreciate the good times when they come, and to breathe through the hard ones. I am a completely different person from who I was a year ago. A year ago, I eould have described myself as closed off and disconnected, from the world, from other people, and from myself. Now, I am open, and connected to everything. So to anyone out there, there is hope. There is healing. And there is love. Take a moment to close your eyes, imagine coming out of your body, and giving yourself a hug. Tell yourself that you are there for you, that you will protect yourself. You got this, and you are beautiful ❤
