I think most people would have a very hard time with the pickups and dribbling and also be able to hit from NBA line or even logo so for that reason I say it’s very elite. I trained an NBA champion the last two summers and we would start with these which would be challenging for him but I think players looking to get better would love this drill simply for the fact that it’s challenging aka elite lol
