I'm not sure about which bars are you talking about, if you talk about action bars then yes, it's from Elvui and I play 1920x1080. My ui has drastically changed since this video tho.
Don't know if you are still aswering to comments but i just downloaded WA installed and imported the profile provided but the icons aren't loading like yours on your screen. Am i missing something? btw thanks for sharing it

@@adamcvengros663 Bro, never download addons for a private server from curseforge, the 2.17.8 from curse its obviously for 8.3.0. The version I have has been ported back for wotlk, weakauras didn't exist back the in wotlk days, so it has to be backported. I've currently installed this add-on following your guide. However, it seems that the icons are still showing as question marks and I've never really noticed them show up during raids. I'm on Warmane Icecrown. Am I missing something?
The download link doesnt work. Actually when i download it and want to extract it, it says the file is damaged or something, I cannot extract it at all
When i try to share a weakaura in chat, theres a small chance it works, but most of the time it gets stuck on 'receiving display information from..." and even when i click to import my own weakaura that i linked myself this happens.
Yeah, its a bug, I dont know exactly how to fix it or what causes it, at first I thought its because of some other addon, but I remember that I tried to export/import a wa in chat while I had all addons disabled and still didnt worked. I couldn't figure it out what causes the problem. If you find out by any chance what causes the problem, let me know.
hey shaterhand, i noticed when i downloaded your link, in the WTF account part i only have 3 items but in your video you had 4 im missing the WeakauraOptions.lua.bak. how do i fix that cause there are no addons on my weak aura
It doesn't matter how many files are in the saved variables folder, the reason why there are less files in the saved variable folder now than in the video, its because I've switched to the newest version of the the addon , 2.17.8. If you dont see the addon at all, that might be because you failed a previous step or something. Just copy paste everything in the same paths as shown in the video.
Thanks for the video. That's a helpful guide. Just one question: the first thing i noticed is that the auras doesn't load when i enter the game. The auras will only load when i zone into the instance and engage combat? Thanks a bunch :)

pastebin.com/r4diSpmC It show when only when you are in combat and your bar is not full. Didnt make any sense to have it shown only when its full, cuz if its not full, you want to know how much hp or mana you have right ?
i cant import the weak aura with ur pastebin code it says [error decompressing : unknown compression method} I tested it with all paste bins and I used ur files with new frostmourne server
hey sir you might not see this comment but i have a big problem with weak auras when i close the addon interface in the middle of my screen the interface looks hidden like i can still click on some part of it i don't know why its very annoying because when i try to turn my camera i click on the hidden parts and it doesn't turn very annoying in pvp xd hope someone can help me with that issue
I think I know about what ur talking about, it is a visual bug, you should have two buttons at the top-right of the WA window, the "X" which closes the panel when pressed and another button that looks like an arrow. Click that arrow button like and the panel should be visible again.
Hello Shaterhand, first I wanted to say that I'm a huge fan of your work, I've learned a lot from ur videos, but on the last one where you provided ur UI I had a problem and I was wondering if you could help me with that, I did everything you told us to on that ' read me ' file, but what happened was that I ended up with 2 squares of action bars with my skills, the one u provided wich looks beautiful and other that is right in the middle of the screen and I cant move it. I tried everything from disabling addon by addon to deleting everyting and downloading again, I'd really apreciate if u could help me with that.
Hello Geovane, Firstly, thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you chose my UI. Now on a second note, from what you describe as "2 squares of action bars" I think I know whats the problem. You didnt disabled the Bartender addon or you didnt select the appropriate profile for it in case u are a class with pet.
hello thanks for the video! I would like to ask if you know why I cant toggle the addon. I can do it on my second account but on the other account i click the icon in the minimap or type /weakauras and nothing happens. I use the same addons on both accounts and tried to disable all of them. I alse use the same video options.
Delete all the saved variables files related to the addon inside the saved variables folder from the account folder that doesn't work. After that u can also copy the saved variables fron the account that is working if u want the same wa on both of them.
Is there any way to get the Warmane WA version to work on other Privat servers? im playing on a german realm cause my brothers are playing there and i got used to using WA during legion/bfa and found the 3.3.5 version but the Icon function is not working...
@@Shaterhand1 i can create progress bars etc but i get Lua errors whenever i want to create a new icon aura eg for tracking my cds or whatever i read somwhere that the WA 2 version only works on supported servers.. is there a way for me to fix it? since i guess it means that it only works on warmane
@@aneaz I haven't tried the addon on other servers , only on Warmane so I can't really help you that much. The version of the wa addon that you are using right now on your german server , where did you got it from ? did you downloaded from me or warmane forums or from another source ?
@@Shaterhand1 i got the one from the warmane forum and now im trying the one you have linked but now i cant even open it ingame via /wa cause i think the raid wa grp is too big
@@aneaz Delete the 4 files located in saved variables from the wa addon before trying out other version of the addon , cuz if you are using a version that could work and is using these 4 corupted files it wont work because of those. Try this and follow the steps in video and let me know if it works.
@shaterhand Hey man i cant get mine to work, followed both ways to import it and for whatever reason its not working. Just says "no children" when it gets put under Loaded weakauras
Where you have the addon from ? Cuz the bug you talk about might be cuz you have diff version of the wa addon , cant really think of another reason why this would occur , It never happened to me or my friends so far. You can get the addon from me or you can get it from this guy , forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=369755 , second post , buff and debuffs section ,I originaly downloaded the addon from him. If that doesnt fix it , it might be because your 4 files in saved variables folder are corupted or something. You can delete them and try to import the wa again , but be carefull if you delete these 4 files you will lose all your weakauras , if you have any.
--- !!-VERY IMPORTANT-!! -- 1. I switched to the latest version of the addon (3.2.3) and by doing so I also updated all the WA's strings and download links, for this version. If you are still using older versions of the addon (anything lower than v.3.2.3), you most likely wont be able to import any of my weakauras. 2. The files provided look sightly different now from what it is shown in the video, just copy paste in the same paths as per the guide. This is because I was using a different version of the addon years ago, a very old one. The latest backported version of weakauras addon, can be found here: github.com/Bunny67/WeakAuras-WotLK

Sorry mate, my UI is no longer available for download, what you see here in the video is a very outdated version of it anyway, I've made a lot of improvements. I will consider make it available again in the future but I don't have much free time these days.

Tomy I’m not sure you can do that , check the Omnicc options throughly. I know that there is an option in omicc , the minimum size required in order for the omnicc text to pop up. You can play around with that option and if you have the weakauras bigger than your auction bars it should work. Another method would be disableling the text from elvui so you only have omnicc
hey i am from germany and i copied your WA but you used the spell names^^ could you write for other WA´s not with the names but with the id´s:P but thanks for everything finding the correct id´s doesn´t take that long and i will do it :P thanks a lot for the WA´s:P
