I watch Hikaru and I start the video in awe which slowly mutates to frustration as I know that no matter how hard I study chess, I'll never be anywhere near this level. I wish I would have started playing more when I was younger. My dad taught me when I was around 9 and I started beating him almost immediately because I really enjoyed it. He stopped playing me because he couldn't handle losing to a kid. I lost my passion for it because of that and didn't pick it up again until a couple years ago.
