The Warmup 200 was the second brevet of the RO season, taking us west of Toronto out around Puslinch Lake, sharing many similar roads to the Gentle Start brevet from 2 weeks ago. Conditions were gusty, but not as bad as the last ride, and quite a bit warmer.
Was not blessed with good legs today, but fuelled my ride correctly and didn't require a 1+ hour rest like last time, meaning I was able to shave a few minutes off my target time.
