#cjmowing You may never know what your neighbors are saying about you especially if you're not home and someone comes knocking. In this video the overgrown property happens to sit parallel right up against a lawn mowing shop that offers sales and service to the local community. Many lawn companies visit for regular service on their equipment. Not one of them has noticed the property within view next door (or maybe they have?).
We happened to need some service on our equipment from the free lawn services we provide and noticed the property next door. After a couple days we arrived to pick our equipment up to see the same yard in the same condition and decided it was time we take action. The home looked to be vacant so we spoke with the neighbors directly across the street who coincidentally were outside ready to leave.
The neighbors painted a bleak story about how an elderly lady lives at the property but isn't to keen on visitors she doesn't know and would likely be nervous about the attention she may receive due to past situations and would most likely not answer the door if we knocked and suggested that she would quickly get the police involved should we make any attempts to mow her lawn. We're so happy things turned out the way they did and the owner of the property was thankful and was nothing like her neighbors described. They almost cost this elderly lady the FREE mowing she so desperately needed! This video documents the before, during and after footage as well as all people we come in contact with along the way.
