I remember seeing the 2003-2009 logo at the end of at least a few showings of those 2003-2004 Larry Doyle/Sander Schwartz Looney Tunes cartoons, after the "That's all, Folks!" closing and the copyright screen.

2:38 OH DEAR GOD, THAT’S AWFUL. The words “Television Animation” are positioned all wonky on the banner. At one point it looks like the “Television” is touching the edge. How sloppy. The words appear to have been PLASTERED over an existing cel of the standard Warner Bros Television logo when a new one could have been made especially for the TA division with better text placement. It’s unbelievable that a billion dollar company could screw up something so simple and not correct it for years.
I found that someone made a playlist calling it Warner Bros Animation Logo History #192. As far as I know, #192 is actually a commercial history for Windows, not Warner Bros Animation
