I started trying to sell sweatshirts because of the climate outside but I started with 8 different colors but I feel like I'm starting too many steps ahead. How would I go about going back to the beginning and just selling tshirts even though it's cold outside? Plus should I just go back to basic colors like black and white?

What I took from this is whatever you start off with (doesn’t matter which colors). Choose your colors and keep the design minimal. Don’t over do it. Your one good design and the variation of colors can be applied with it since everyone has their preference on color. As your brand grows, you can slowly throw out other designs but not in the beginning phase because you have to grow what you have first which is that one good first design. Hopefully this makes sense!
