This is an arraignment not a trial. All the judge is doing is reading the charges. Not staying he’s not in any pain but she’s required by law to read the charges against him. Well he killed at a cop.. And shoot at them not only was he a danger to them but also the public .. which he could’ve ran to. So yeah shooting him in the back is better then having more people shot that isn’t involved

Yes, they would. I've watched many court trials and this is standard protocol whether the accused is white or black. But since you think they are motivated by racism, why do you think that they are even bringing him to trial since it was a black man that he murdered? If it's all about race, why wouldn't they just leave it unsolved? Why waste the money on a trial when the victim was black? Most racists are happy when a black person is killed.
