I had an abortion in 1987, and have had 2 children since, and I can say that I have FOREVER regretted my abortion, but never, for even ONE MILISECOND regretted being a mom, and having these babies. Abortion should only be allowed of there is a danger, either the mother's in illness danger or the baby is gonna be in serious health issue. I've met a couple 20 years ago, with a baby already 20 years at that time, but still needed them to care for her. The couple were never able to enjpy life like other normal people.

Caring for a disabled child is not an abnormal situation and should never be considered so. Caring for elderly parents should be considered a blessing and not a burden. Our society has become sick on selfishness and self indulgence while lacking the value of being if service to others.

I know this is a broad generalisation, but there are on average only two kinds of women who go for abortion: Those who seek to evade the natural consequences of their chosen lifestyle and those who are pressures, or even coerced, into aborting. Vast majority of women going through abortion regret it later and need trauma councelling afterwards.
As bad as they are abortion clinics do serve a purpose. Before they existed women did things or had other women assist in destroying their fetus with any extremely dangerous methods. As wrong or against God as this may seem, on this planet we must continue to help women with this dilemma
Encourage/ teach /train our young adults to be responsible in their sexual activities, to respect their bodies, to have some self control!!! We are rational human beings , not pure instinctual animals !! We should stop 'sexualizing' our children...all of life in fact!

Wow. If someone had only stopped me and said it will be ok. They told me i wept before i even came round. I heard them telling the dr, she is crying constantly, while i was coming round. And 40 yrs later i still weep. This world is evil and getting worse.
It's interesting that they don't want anyone to pray. They must think there's something to it and that prayer works, otherwise why would they be so obsessed for people not to pray.
When people pray, it gives them strength to deal with hard times. If Christians or any other religious group has their faith taken away or being arrested for practicing their faith, they will have nothing to turn to in times of crisis. This is about controlling people. And you are right. I have seen dying with no hope and groups pray for them and survive. There is a pond that had no life for years. A group from town went out quietly and prayed for weeks to bring life back to it. It worked. The pond was alive with grasses growing and small creatures.
Imagine every time you went to any restaurant, some vegan pagans were praying around it for the souls of the poor butchered animals, and you would have to go through them, while they look at you like you are some kind of monster. Would you have to believe in their prayers to find it annoying harassment, and not recognize it as a way to try to scare you away through social pressure? I don't mean this comparison to be offensive. It's to illustrate how something as seemingly innocent as prayer can be harassment, if it's used by people, with completely different beliefs than you, to try to shame and pressure you in public.

If you think about it this shaming and fear approach of standing in front of an abortion clinic has never really worked. I think if there were more Christian organizations helping young women who feel backed into a corner bc they can’t afford to have a child or another child. Maybe offer apartments and job training bc I think if the women felt they had another legitimate option they might not choose abortion but standing there w dead baby signs just further shames the woman almost having the opposite effect

Its very hard on girls to give up their children, aborted or not it really screws with their head. I just want to say, divorce in America ruins Children, It takes both Male and Female partners of a good moral mindset to raise children, very rare and hard to do in today's society.
Canada has this as well in some locations. In Calgary you can't protest 200m away from drag reading to children, and the ndp is pushing to criminalize it all over canada, where you could get 25000 dollar fines, jail time, etc. However some people have been arrested much further than 200m away. This is a way not to protect the drag readers but to put into place limitations on protest. Eventually the push will be to remove protesting completely. These things have a way of inching in wrong directions if people don't resist.

I really think the pro life side really Hass to stop referring to this as pro-choice or pro abortion. Because what they are doing is taking a life. We need to call them Pro-murder because that’s what they’re wanting that’s what they’re doing. I feel like using the term pro abortion or pro choice is realistically using their own terms. I am very anti abortion. I believe in a woman's right to choose if its what she really wants but if there were no abortions it would be fine by me. I believe that the people who go to these places to pray and appeal to mothers are wonderful people working on a just cause and any efforts to stand in the way of them doing what they see is the right thing to do is very troubling.
I was thinking of moving to the UK from the states but then 2020 hit and saw how 'big brother' things got. It wasnt the only reason I chose not to relocate but it was the main one. Its scary to think that that's how its gonna get out here in the US. Praying for fellow bro and sisters🙏🙏

Just leave alone women/families that have to go through abortion. Who are you to judge and push them to change their mind ? God? 2) I would be offended by anyone coming to me, without even knowing me / my personal issues, or being a doctor, to make me change my mind on an already difficult decision I had to make on my body and my feto. Freedom of speech shouldn't undermine freedom of choice!

You know that curious behavior that humans have when they forget details of an event? You, know, like stop and try to reconstruct the scene or sequence of events? In the UK, you better have a permit to do so within such buffer zones (if such a provision exists). Otherwise, you could be arrested for "loitering". It is getting harder to simply be a human being these days.
I am anti-woke, but I am also a realist, and if you were to put this to a public referendum in Britain, I am absolutely positive the public would overwhelmingly vote for the buffer zones. We are not a religious country and information is freely available on the pros and cons of abortion. You would be better arguing to cut the time for it to be legally available because with new medical advances, the public would be more sympathetic to that.
