I met a guy 4 years ago and we became best friends after two weeks. We loved the same music, ate the same food, hung out with each other everyday after work, go on random beach trips 2 in the morning… he was always so gentle.. and understanding… would hold me right before I cried.. he just knew.. and this is real. Absolutely beautiful. I work the graveyard and last night after I dismissed my crew to there work areas I began this music and workers from prior shift were leaving and I could tell those that were in this valley of searching and decisions a couple remarked as to how beautiful the music was they also I perceived seemed to be moving at a slower pace then the others. Found this and clicked on by accident as I was listening to heavy metal 🤦🏼‍♂️..30 seconds in and tears rolling down my face, all sorts of emotions, and then thinking of the one I know in my heart to be the one, just hit home how much I miss her. This meditation is very powerful. I can't speak to it's efficacy for telepathic communication but while meditating to these sounds, I came into harmony with myself. It brought to the surface a lot of pent up energy I had in my heart and I was able to let it go. I felt transformed after only 30 minutes of this meditation.
