I started listening to these and some other audio tapes about a month ago. This one I believe is the most effective for me. For all of you visiting, my personal experience is that my mind is clearer and I see problems differently - solutions are coming more readily and sometimes instantaneously. You truly are a blessing.. I have been suffering from narcissistic abuse for 12 years. Even now I have my mind run on auto replay of all what has happened to me and the the games they have played on me. I have been having trouble to move on from that. I have been in and out of therapy, hypnosis and everything else I could think of so i can heal without any success. I have started to listen to this only a few days ago and already all of those memories are moving away.. This is the first time in years I am not here having mental arguments with myself over the abuse I have copped from them.. My mind is finally peaceful..I can focus on moving forward and create the life that I desire with my children.. Thank you

Prayers for you, and your children to be Compleat, and healed. You were tricked by the dark side. But WOW !!! Look at everything you learned. I was in that place too. Almost 10 yrs, and 2 kids , before he left. I wish that I had this🎶back then. 33 yrs ago there was not much help. U are Amazing sole. The 1st step is forgiveness. It is the hardest thing to do.But until u do it ,you will not recover. I was not strong enough to do it. I was so pissed off , that everyone in town knew all the dirt about that guy i married, but me. After a wile my anger turned into rage. U know shit grows. I had to give all to my JESUS, and ask Him to forgive that man for me, because I hated him, and that hate consumed the loving person that i once was. JESUS is in my heart. Thanks so much! Last night, I slept listening to this relaxing track with earbuds. I woke up happier. Popped up singing several times during the day. Took the long walk by the water, played jumping on the Huge rocks on Riverside Park. The seniors at the center were happier and laughing more around me. Even Officer Sandoval, started humming a tune, while writing my report. Happiness is contagious ! Thanks so much! What a blessing! What a wonderful fun and fulfilling day! I do not know what just happened, but I dozed off listening to this and two things happened 1. I woke up with such peace and calm, pain free, silent still mind, no endless thinking, just pure peaceful bliss. 2. The weird thing is my boyfriend woke me up saying that I had a nightmare in my sleep. I still give this a 5-star review due to the fact that I woke up feeling completely calm centered and super peaceful. When I started listening to this I was having shortness of breath air hunger for hours and when I woke up after 30 minutes of listening, I had inner stillness and calm that's hard to even explain. This video is legit, supper amazing😀❤.

Don’t give up if you really want to save yourself it is up yo you and you entirely. Tired of feeling dead from past events and trauma. Then simply don’t give up on yourself go through your mantras every day. Do not skip even a day and do it several time’s a day keep doing it naturally one time you will do it and realize that the pain is gone you don’t know how you don’t know why but you don’t even understand why you were hurt by it. It’s a beautiful thing do it and keep at it there is no better healing than within your own mind. After nearly a month I’m finally able to accept the beauty in my life and live for what I have now not what I had.

This one works great for energy blockages for me! A couple of weeks ago, I suddenly started having constant pain on top of my head, forehead , lower back, choking sensations,neck/shoulder pain and hearing loss.(yes, all at once!) I started listening to this with my headphones on repeat while I sleep. The first morning, all symptoms were gone and I felt much lighter. Its been about five days now and I will continue with this! I sleep so much better now and have more energy through the day. A Skin problem from a kidney infection a year ago is almost completely gone too! Thank you for all of what you offer! this helped me let go of one of most negative thoughts I've ever had that was ruining my life, I was living in fear. Ive made it i acomplish the unbeliveable brcause of this channel. I was ruining from mental institution to mental institution and now im one of the best student at my university. Althogh i had problems in between after i had almost perfect year and i sad this is it. And i stopped doing meditations and listening to this channel for a while. Reminder: Never get to comfortable in life and to relaxed because only then something bad can happen. For me it was just out of the blue. All of a sudden i had all those anxieties and stuf. But the main reason is i only went back to the place that left me in pieces. Now im starting this again and i feel so much better. Thank you!

I managed to get myself an injury to the brain. 3 bleeds in different spots. This type of beat helps to sooth my mind. More doctors and health professionals should be encouraging people to self help... Meditation... Or taking time to be mindful of one's self. Perhaps it's against big pharma's agenda. @@JF-sc2ln I bought mine fr chemist(drug store) in tablet form. Eased w'drawls. take at least 6 at a time. Tappered off the pills ...down to a tiny speck of Tamazapam. Good luck. It was the missing link in my success getting off that awful drug. You then, have to get used to insomnia as yr body/mind adjusts to not having it.

I could go on about the early childhood trauma that occurred to me. Or the verbal abuse I dealt with, or the fact that I became afraid to make mistakes as a teenager because I'd get scolded for it. Or the fact that I was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome and have since felt like I have been a defect of humanity. I would have loved to have been accepted in my high school years when I found out about my diagnosis but I never truly trusted most people anyway. Humanity is full of backstabbers. I knew in high school that I would have been ridiculed had I told people.

Thank you from my heart I found your video two nights ago my daughter was murdered by her ex partner I have been looking after her two boys one 18 one now 4 he was 3 when his mother passed to spirit my heart is broken she was my only child so beautiful and a wonderful nurse now I’m loosing my beloved 4 year old in two weeks they said I’m too old to keep him I felt a flicker of joy when I listened to your video and this morning I felt positive I’m going to listen every chance I get I asked God to direct me to peace and I found your video two nights ago may the love of the universe shine on you thank you for my favourite mantra OM I used to hear it as a child in the rocks in the mountain behind my home I never forgot it ❤️🌏🌏🌏❤️

Oh God Christine😢 I'm SO SO SAD ABOUT YOUR HORRENDOUS LIVING NIGHTMARE. YOU ARE IN HELL. my youngest Sister died they couldn't prove murder by her husband. Her little boy was nearly 3 years old. when Dawn's body was removed so was John her Son. he father wasn't allowed to have him because he was an alcoholic. After we were vetted we were given permission to adopt him by The High Courts in London. Cutting a long story short... The fkin Judge STILL WOULD LET THE father have access. He had told me that he was gonna kill the little one so he can be with his Mother. Our Daughters age 5 and 7 were at risk. if he couldn't get him...Well. I can't even think about it. He would have taken the girls. he was a huge bloke and people wouldn't take him on. In order that the little one (would Live) I gave him to a family for adoption. He was SAFE. He was loved .only I knew where he was living.. No way could he harm John. It broke our Hearts to let him go. John is Alive, he's happy...with his wife and two Daughters.....his father needed a kidney to stay alive. John said ' "Stuff Him" not after what he done to my Mother.❤ well. His father died no sad loss to anybody. Be thinking about you honey. I know how broken you are. and it's not all done n dusted..it's time...more time, I hope and pray that St Michael and his Team of Angels. Help you. Upon listening to this at 545 am I felt like there is pressure in the left temple of my brain connected to my nose. It is strange but I pause and realized that I use to over think and my brain needs rewiring and healing. Thank you Dr. Dyaanguru your works are incredibly amazing.
