Groovy basslines are what separate bands from other bands. Interpol, Joy Division, Chili Peppers, Tool... It's all about the bassline. Find a badass bassline and your song will come out 10x more easily. I love Warpaint for this and so many other reasons. Angels. All four of them, angels.
