"independent directors are the least independent" :D and it's kind of the same down the management ladder. If you are a manager and you have a choice to either do the right thing that works for the business or what the upper management says to do - what will you choose?

I think you mean sociopath rather than psycho. I don't think he'd run over someone to make a quick buck, at least not for anything less than a billion 😂 He seems to understand human empathy and charisma enough to wield it effectively, but you need some sociopathic tendencies to make it to this level of wealth I would think.
