Ill be honest i haven't been able to accurately judge arms performance off of Target Dummies because of the lack of execute damage. It doesn't really play any different, but it was a good bit behind Fury Slayer from the testing i did do. If anything i really hope Test of Might is dead and In for the Kill is our goto talent should it be played. There are a couple fights where it might do some really good damage, but for now its a wait and see thing.
it's so fuckin stupid they wanted bloodthirst to feel good and now they just nerfed it back down... what the actual fuck man. i know the other classes that were performing a bit to well got nerfed too and the ones that weren't performing well still got buffed again.
I don't understand what they want they kept saying they want bloodthirst to be our big button and then designed slayer to proc spins off bloodthirst and now they nerf it and buff raging blow? What is their philosophy what is their goal lmao
im not really sure, i think they want a desired Damage breakdown and they can tweak, and or aura buff from there. They have stated they want us pressing both buttons regularly, and I'm guessing this is their way of de prioritizing Bloodthirst
