Haha, all these nostalgic flashbacks! My buddies used to go to the Hawkwind all nighters (which carried on well into the 90's). I never tagged along - it sounded a bit too heavy for me, but I won't forget the state of them when they got back. 🤣 Thanks for the memories!

I love Hawkwind! I used to read Michael Moorcock books which they based some of their music on. Elric and his sword Soulseeker. Corum and others who were the eternal hero. Some of his books are so tripped out. Dancer's at the end of time is incredible. Love it! ❤

Michael Moorcock and Hawkwind were a great team together. Have you heard Julian Jay Savarin? He's an sci-fi/fantasy author created interesting music. I am thinking about doing review on his work.

"I just wanted to get the word parallelogram into a rock and roll number"-Lemmy remarking on the song Motorhead.

Lemmy was a rare breed. Many people don't know this but Lemmy was probably the most well-read person in music industry. The man lived a rock and roll lifestyle to 11 but at the same time, he was a very intelligent person.

You must have heard 'Silver Machine', every album they made was different, I like most of them but this album is good, really spacey!

I was at the last summer solstice festival on Salisbury plain at Stonehenge in 1984 watched the first 2 hours or so of the hawkwind set before going up into the stones for the solstice Sun rise what a great time that was. . .best track on warrior is either assault and battery or opa loka

Ooo, will you do a review on Masayoshi Takanaka? (Especially on The Rainbow Goblins album from 1981.) 🌈💖

If I remember correctly, those guys were inspired by Kraftwerk, am I correct?

@@TheRecluseeee he was a guest performer with Yellow Magic Orchestra. He played electric guitar on "Cosmic Surfin'" and "La femme chinoise" but his own albums are magic of their own. And yeah, Yellow Magic Orchestra performed with Krafwerk as well, who I also adore.

@@TheRecluseeee I am not sure about that. I've only recently discovered the rainbow goblins within the past few years. Through the magic of YT, I might add. I think there is a white goblin in this storyline too
