After a long period of working on an essay for university, picking up extra hours of work, and prevaricating intensely, I have finally got around to the next part in this series. As the wars became more intense and widespread, the writing became more difficult to keep concise, so if I have rambled please let me know. In addition, if anyone is interested I'd be happy to do some more in depth videos on any of the wars featured here, so feel free to ask.
